slept on the second floor and found the music very loud tell the early hours of the morning.disapointed.
Room was nice
The fact we paid 1000 pounds for 3 nights and didnt get breakfast is a joke. No tea facilities in room. The hotel is a rip off basically paid 330 a night for a bed. This was our honeymoon and the memory we have is how much we was ripped off possibly the worst hotel experience I have had and I have stayes at travelodge.
Should be water , little chocolate at night etc , small touches missing
Comfort + elegance.
Breakfast + minibar way overpriced.
The staff were very attentive and incredibly helpful. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The menu gave excellent choice and the food was superb and very reasonably priced. Free wifi parking and spa access as well.
What a great place to stay. Fantastic rooms ( the suites are well worth the extra few euros ) with great views and lovely and quiet even though the hotel is busy and vibrant. The staff here couldn't be more helpful if they tried, all very genuine and well informed. The spa and pool are fabulous and in a lovely setting. Will definitely stay here again.
There really isn't anything not to like. We are frequent travellers that always stay in 4/5 star hotels and I honestly wish all where this good.
staff very lovely, bathroom so clean bed and pillows very comfortable..
mini bar wasnt so clean i saw hair in the fridge and the staff at the bar are too busy they dropped the menu and did not return to take the order..
From the doorman on arrival, to check in,we received such welcome and courtesy. The room was bright and luxurious every need catered for, a welcome card hand written welcomed us... We had a concert to attend the night we arrived and we didn't want to leave the hotel !! We enjoyed the food and drinks and the manager in the bar/ lounge area took the time to chat to us, a Sligo man living in Thurles. A wonderful stay we will be back.
I wasn't staying longer!
Almost everything ,in relation to our stay ,did not dine at the hotel but food looked to be very good .Dined in Ballsbridge and a car was arranged and driven by a nice courtious gentleman to Kites Chinese restaurant .
Arrived around 13.20 Sun and were told our room would be ready in 45 minutes ,which it was but our luggage did not arrive till over an hour later ,News papers we requested did not also arrive ,only a small observation ,when sitting in the bar i noticed the mirror above the top shelf drinks was considerably dirty ,Staff were very good in bar .overall a wonderfull stay .
-Gorgeous building -Excellent staff in all areas -Top quality food & drink -Beautiful rooms -Marble bathrooms -Large rooms -Excellent tv / wifi -Free parking -Easy access to city centre in taxi -Close to some lovely bars and restaurants
We love the location and the room. We got an upgrade which was nice. The pool area is fab too.
They take extra money beyond your room cost as part of pre authorisation. This is a bit ridiculous.
The people I met
They did not honor the online offer
Staff, especially concierge. Location Spacious rooms Comfort Foyer, bar and restaurant all very nice
The decor in the Bedroom and hallways were a little dated but you still could not fault the room itself, it was very spacious with a very comfy bed
I loved the appearance of the building , the beautiful furnishings and calm and serene ambience that I felt when I walked in the door. The staff were lovely and pleasant and very welcoming . I am looking forward to going back in the near future
All the above factors
Nothing. Everything excellent.
Food was quite good
Rooms were dated. No feeling of luxury.
The luxury,and cleanliness of hotel
Having to pay for wifi . Staff ,although very efficient , were slightly aloof. I know it's a 5 star hotel, but food prices and drinks totally overpriced .
I have stayed in other 5 star hotels and although the decor in the four seasons is classical when I prefere contempory, the staff and attention to detail that they give ,is the reason that this hotel stands head and shoulders above the rest !
Paid Internet and breakfast for €30
Very polite and friendly staff! Espacially the very patient concierges who did all our reservations for us.thanks!! Good breakfast! Big rooms, we had a nice view too. Nice and confident stay!
Noisy pool area(Pool could have been cleaner above the water line. Hotel a little to gar from the Center.
The service was outstanding, it surpassed our high expectations. Food and accomadation were also excellent.
Great location for Aviva,RDS & easy access to Dart into Dublin.Spa & pool very relaxing.
Tea & coffee making facilities complimentary but you have to ask for them
Staff . Parking. Room
I think there is some cuts backs
I had several issues with this hotel. I informed management on these. This is an average hotel in it's class. I'm sure there are better options in Dublin, I hope. We will not be back Many of the staff were very nice. I'm sure one can find nice staff in 2 star hotels, however. The drinks and staff in the bar area were very good. We paid extra for this.
Please see above. Many things.
