Responsiveness to requests Concierge services Location and accessibility to city centre
My husband and I wanted to get away for a night. We like to stay in good hotels mostly 5 star. This hotel met our expectations. We would go back again with our kids and will have a family time there. The room was big and quiet. The people lounging were casual. Very comfortable hotel to just have a meal and drinks.
hotel staff lack direction , and the uniform the wear is not 5 start standard am sure the Italian designer cost a fortune but for this hotel it just doesn't work , bein served my drinks at the bar with a lovely crisp linen napkin by sum one in a cross between a track suit and pyjamas. just doesn't work .
Beautiful hotel and well located
The Bill at the end of the stay was so expensive

The service from members of staff, the excellent food, excellent facilities and good location.
The fact that I was charged for 24 hours parking during my stay because I didn't move my car due to the fact I was at the RDS until 4pm after checking out. I thought the parking was free to guests and this was the case during my 5 night stay last year.
The best place to stay in Dublin
Beautiful building, beautiful stuff - blown away by everything about the place
The room was extremely spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom is very nice with beautiful products. TV Problem was solved very quickly after reporting. I like walking in the area. Concierge and front door staff are extremely helpful
Turn down service has deteriorated - as we did not receive bottled water or chocolates on any evening. Some of the service in the lounge area is a bit amateurship. We ended up pouring our own wine bottle

friendly and mostly capable staff, with very minor flaws
location really out of the downtown buzz, but on the plus side very quiet. Lost of cab fares to go back and forth.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel at ease whoever you are and whatever you re wearing. Great fitness and hairdresser. Buses and train service into town very close nearby.
