The service was outstanding, it surpassed our high expectations. Food and accomadation were also excellent.

Tea & coffee making facilities complimentary but you have to ask for them

I think there is some cuts backs
I had several issues with this hotel. I informed management on these. This is an average hotel in it's class. I'm sure there are better options in Dublin, I hope. We will not be back Many of the staff were very nice. I'm sure one can find nice staff in 2 star hotels, however. The drinks and staff in the bar area were very good. We paid extra for this.
Please see above. Many things.
We used the hotel for a conference and they were great. Rooms were great and beds especially comfortable. Additionally it is close to the aircoach from the airport.
It is expensive, but you get what you pay for, and they gave a lot.
Spacious room (premier) Friendly and helpful staff Ample private and secure car park Quiet and nice area of Dublin 10 minutes drive from city center Nice ambiance and restaurant
Selection of room service menu can be improved You need to ask for tea making facility every day
Staff was friendly/efficient. Ordered breakfast from the "15 min. " menu, delivered to room - excellent! True luxury hotel.
A bit far from centre city.
We liked the hotel especially the bathrooms
Breakfast was not good value for money and tasteless. We have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I can honestly say that breakfast at The Four Seasons in Dublin was the least enjoyable
Very friendly welcoming staff throughout (reception, bar, concierge, all). Great room (no surprise, it is a Four Seasons feature) and excellent breakfast.
Lack of in-room coffee-making facilities. I know I could have got coffee from room service - but having a machine on hand is more convenient.
received an upgrade and a huge suite with cookies and treats waiting. Service was excellent and breakfast delicious.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center but that was easily managed with taxis.
Luxury at its best! Really enjoyed the complimentary hotel car drop off service!
We booked a twin room but ended up with a queen size bed and a pull out couch.
Very friendly and caring staff, great amenities, state of the art fitness, lovely food, very peaceful rooms. You must try the delicious scones. Easy to get to by public transport (bus or DART), just be careful of the week-end timetable.
Location, room great, friendly staff, breakfast.
Pity the restaurant was not open in the evening (all Ireland weekend) which leads to less footfall in the foyer and an empty ice bar!
Majority of the staff were excellent - very helpful & oozed genuine customer service
Lobby area waiting staff - seemed to spend their time avoiding customers and avoided providing service - what has happened in this area - the "improvements" are not for the better!
Beautiful place to stay on the last two nights of our vacation. It was a great way to end a wonderful vacation.
Everything wonderful & brilliant artwork on the walls
The only thing we didn't like was leaving !!!!
Very comfortable hotel and very luxurious for a special treat....... Very convenient to RDS especially Simmonscourt area as we were competing at Horse Show and could walk easily to and fro the stabling area.
Receptionist a bit 'frosty' on arrival which was disappointing. Probably just busy but nevertheless....... first impressions etc.......
The staff was amazing. They anticipated every need. It was a luxury experience from the moment we walked in until we left for the airport. I loved the Four Seasons.
The location is bit away from the sites. Other than that, everything is perfect.
you charged me twice for breakfast on sunday and I need a refund
Friendly staff, big bed, clean
Responsiveness to requests Concierge services Location and accessibility to city centre
My husband and I wanted to get away for a night. We like to stay in good hotels mostly 5 star. This hotel met our expectations. We would go back again with our kids and will have a family time there. The room was big and quiet. The people lounging were casual. Very comfortable hotel to just have a meal and drinks.
hotel staff lack direction , and the uniform the wear is not 5 start standard am sure the Italian designer cost a fortune but for this hotel it just doesn't work , bein served my drinks at the bar with a lovely crisp linen napkin by sum one in a cross between a track suit and pyjamas. just doesn't work .
Beautiful hotel and well located
The Bill at the end of the stay was so expensive
