only to say breakfast from 08.30 is a wee bit late. 08.00 would be better...

Friendly staff, good location, old charming house. Big airy room and bathroom.

No lift for people who are elderly. Noise from the bar at night Breakfast old fashion, could do with some new ideas. Maybe more buffet continetal style.

Location full of interest with a busy small town street outside the window. Staff were delightful as were the two Labradors who dominated the traffic flow outside! Didn't use the restaurant as plenty of other options but the menu looked good.

Street lights on all night which really wasn't necessary -black mark to the town council for wasting money.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast very good. Location very good. Very comfortable bed.

Paint work very poor. Hit and miss I would say. No night porter.Bathroom facilities poor. Large space underneath bedroom door. In my opinion the hotel needs a complete refurbishment.

We ate in the Marconi restaurant that is part of the hotel . The food there was amazing and the service is world class . We also had breakfast the following morning and it was once again top class ... Hotel rooms are old and dated but it is an old hotel .. We loved it that's for sure
