E' l'Hotel più vecchio di tutti! Molto suggestivo. Tenuto bene e pulito.

The room we had was comfortable and spacious. The shower was good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely.

Convenient location although could be noisy after pub closure. Food excellent.

Staff uniform could be updated as was quite drab and perhaps female staff members could be issued with tights as we saw quite a few 'ladders' - not very professional looking....otherwise hotel full of character and history and really quite pleasing.....

food in restaurant was fantastic and very well priced wine very expensive

bedrooms very oldfashoned also bedrooms not so clean.awake at 8am with noise outside .road sweeper.

Hotel is 30 to 40 years behind modern current hotels. No bar service until after 8pm. Staff mostly non irish and useless.

Full Irish Breakfast - Rashers too salty. Food fried and not asked if you wanted it grilled or poached. Plate full of food, which had no taste or flavour. Real pity. I'd prefer a quality breakfast. There are so many good brands of Irish sausages, rashers and black and white pudding.

I thought the bar facilities were dreadful. We decided to have a drink there about 7.30 on a sunday evening. The bar was filthy as were all other areas of the bar. Three people were lying across seats, some asleep.It appeared that the place had not been cleaned since the day before. It let the rest of the hotel down big time.

The room was attractive, spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were very nicely done and the diningroom was pleasant. The staff was helpful, pleasant and unobtrusive.

We were welcomed to the hotel by the girl at the front desk, I think her name was Jude, she was very friendly without being intrusive. The hotel was a breath of fresh air in the fact that it retains a sense of it's own identity which very few Irish hotels achieve.

Basic hotel, no frills but for the price worth it. Good location. Nice breakfast

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Clifden. Das Entgegenkommen der Mitarbeiter. Das charmante alte Haus mit seiner schönen Möblierung/ Innenausstattung. Die Sandwiches als Frühstück wegen unserer frühen Abreise.

Nein. Und mein Sohn und ich (40 + 71) kämen nicht darauf, uns über einen fehlenden Lift zu beklagen oder über den 'musty smell', von dem einer der 'Bewerter spricht. Den guten Bewertungen (unten) stimmen wir zu, den schlechten nicht.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Clifden. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt is erg goed.
