Staff are fantastic, nothing too much trouble. Very convenient location, only 15 minutes walk into the centre of town. We visited to attend the Jazz Festival and Valerie, Caitlin and the team went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back. |

The reception staff were of the highest caliber, always friendly, smiling and helpfull. We will definetly stay here again. The only drawback for us was no drink making facilities in our room, but that was only a small inconvience, compared with the friendliness of the place, nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel was perfectly located for easy access to the city centre and unlimited shopping, or the open countryside and the Mountains and Castles. As above only the lack of drink making facilaties in our rooms |

I thought the hotel was excellent value. The room was immaculate with all the facilities needed. Breakfast was lovely and very plentiful and the hotel location was central and yet peaceful. |

Fantastic service from the ladies on reception, lovely breakfast and variety of scones, soda bread, yoghurts, fruit, meat and full irish brekkie (yum!!) The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the city centre and up a hill.....not so fun after a days shopping or after a few too many Irish stouts! |

We were particularly impressed with the staff, every one was cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfasts were good. We would have liked some drawers in our rooms and tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, but appreciate there might not have been the space. |

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, nice breakfast and value for money Tea and coffee were available free all day in the resturant but would have been better if facilities were in the room. |

The room was clean and nice. The location was ideal. I also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The cold water facaut did not work. This did not bother me but could cause problems with other customers. |

The location was really good( although there is an uphill walk which we did not mind ) very quiet area. The room was spacious with great views over the harbour and the city. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was freshly cooked. Just had a lovely stay. |

Friendly helpful and good value. It was a bit further out of town than we thought. The carpark entrance is very steep. Rooms a bit basic. It was a bit further out of town than we thought. The carpark entrance is very steep. Rooms a bit basic. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a lovely garden at the back where we could sit with a free cup of tea or coffee and admire the view of the city. |

Located only a few minutes walk from town centre. Friendly service. The noisy and inconsiderate guests in the neighbouring room. Fuzzy television reception. |
