The hotel was lovely, however i needed to get my key replaced 3 times before gaining entry to my room. From specking to others this appeared to be a problem for many rooms. Breakfast was lovely and the bar and restaurant were very high quality dispite the staff being quite unplesent. |

Very Central Location. I was staying on 3rd floor and this involved 2 lifts and a confusing route through corridors |

The bar offered great value food. Central Letterkenny location. Friendly, helpful staff. Wide variety of food at breakfast. Good value overall. Heating hadn't been switched on in the room on arrival. |

Bar food good and value for money. More traditional Irish bar attached had a great atmosphere. Good room standard and a comfortable bed Nit picking but I stayed on a Tuesday so was fine but didnt realise they had a nightclub attached could imagine Thursday onwards could be quite lively re late night noise |

The food in the bar area was lovely and I found the staff here to be ecxeptionally pleasent and helpful I thought that the carpets were quite grubby looking and the room was very very hot. |

This hotel is great value for money. The staff are friendly and the location is in the center of Letterkenny. This is the perfect base for exploring Glenveagh National Park, Mount Errigal, Malin Head, Horn Head & the Inishowen peninsula. |

The room was lovely, well decorated, fresh smelling bed linen, modern look, although carpet seemed older. Modern look to most of the hotel and got free entry into the night club next door! We arrived about 4.30 and asked for dinner menu's and were given 3 menus. Having spent some time deliberating which one to go for we went down to the bar but it wasn't conducive to eating a meal; tables were low, no-one else was eating and people there were watching a match on the TV, so we went to the reataurant. We arrived at the reataurant at about 5.30, it was mostly empty but we were told they were fully booked. We took our custom elsewhere so the hotel lost out. I told the receptionist when we booked out because I thought that they should have warned us when giving us the menu's that we would need to book and she said at 5.30 they should have accomodated us at the restaurant. Also new carpet was put down but really wrinkled in places! |

the location was central for touring in a very scenic part of Donegal. Secure parking was a plus after driving all day making it possible to explore the town in the evenings my room was very stuffy as I checked in in the afternoon - perhaps when trunaround of rooms is swift the door could have been left open to ventilate |
