the location was central for touring in a very scenic part of Donegal. Secure parking was a plus after driving all day making it possible to explore the town in the evenings my room was very stuffy as I checked in in the afternoon - perhaps when trunaround of rooms is swift the door could have been left open to ventilate |

The barman didn't even realise we had entered and had to be approached after some time to serve us. |

I had booked this room for my partner. On arrival in the room there was an obnoxious smell coming from the bathroom. The hotel staff were not terribly interested and reluctantly allowed him to change rooms. The breakfast was not good and the service was very poor. |

hotel was very central .rooms were lovely. despite having a room near the lift i found hotel lovely and quiet at night I was very dissapointed to be allocated a room without a bath as a woman on her own and on a break away from family it was very disappointing not to have a bath and to have a very unsuitable mirror in the bathroom for getting make up on |

Good central location Hen party on the Saturday night. Noisy abusive people keeping people awake till all hours which was a pity because otherwise we enjoyed our stay. |

The hotel rooms were nice and the hotel is very centred. I think that the restaurant could be improved on through different furniture etc. or perhaps moved to a different room to make it more spacious and a warm feeling. |

Reception staff could have been more warm and helpful --- I was told that breakfast served from 7.30am , but documents in room stated from 7.00am --- when I pointed this out , I got no apology , but was just told that the document in hotel room was wrong !!! |

The staff in the hotel in Letterkenny were fantastic.Very friendly and helpfull with all questions and needs. The bar staff (Claire) were very professional at all times with both their duties and consideration towards customers. Also the food staff were excellent at both the service provided and their willingness to reccommend food and do all they could to meet special requirements. I couldn't stay long enough. |
