The location is five or ten min walk from the center. The staff are great! It is located above a pub but there is a side entry door for easy access.
The wifi did not work on any of our devices. Didnt care because we were exploring Galway.
Location was brilliant and breakfast was gorgeous
Found it very cold. Curtains in room were filthy and damp in bathroom
Very difficult to get a decent night's sleep with constant traffic outside the premises. Poor value for money.
Staff was excellent, and food was lovely.
We found the room cold, took a while to warm up.
Cheap and cheerful
Bit noisy at night, but to be expected in Galway!
Great Irish breakfast. Friendly staff & good bar. Well located for shopping and pubs.
Shower was not clean. Room small. No lift. No car park (public pay down street). No help with bags. Lots of night street noise and needed the windows open (Sept).
Rooms could do with re decorating
Great location. Great price.
Taps in the bathroom didnt work at all. Shower door didnt close fully, leaving the floor slippery. Alot of dampness in the bathroom also.
This place is a dump. My husband and I stayed there for two nights. If I hadn't already paid of it I would of never stayed there. There was dead fly's on the window cells carpet was dirty, bathroom was discussing (dirty) and the beds were like sleeping on the ground. Windows had no handles on them to close at night just a bit of string to pull them in. Because of the state of the room I wouldn't eat or drink in the bar below because if the rooms are this bad. God only knows what the kitchen was like. Very unhappy
The room was dated which you would tolerate considering the rate we paid but the hygiene standards of the room were unacceptable. Bathroom and shower unclean with bad odour. Carpet filthy as was walls and ledges.
Great Location Very Friendly Staff Comfy Bed Free WiFi
Decor could do with a facelift
Central location, only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the main strip in Galway. It was clean. As long as you don't wish to spend any time in the room it's grand. You get a good night sleep and shower. Sin é. Lovely café called Arabica across the road - ideal for leisurely breakfasts!
"Balcony" door unlocked and no key provided to lock it with. Three beds didn't leave any spare room. Fire doors banging quite loud - could do with things on top to close them slowly (and quietly). Paint work and carpets etc. very tired, in need of TLC.
Location Cheap breakfast
Free parking is only between 6pm and 8am Wifi code for room is not written anywhere Room a bit pricey
Food was great staff very friendly location spot on
Food excellent location very central Stff very friendly
no plug for sink, room although clean, could be updated.
Staff were really friendly and helpful!
Wifi didn't work during the two days I stayed.
Staff very helpful. Location great.
The view was lovely and it was nice to have a small balcony to step out to.
In the bathroom, the light above the mirror was the only one that worked.
Location was good. Close to city centre.
The room was far below expectations. Very cramped and uncomfortable. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Would not return or recommend to friends. The only reason we didn't leave was we had nowhere else to stay as the city's accommodation was fully booked.
Over priced, No Wifi in room, Very noisey, Rooms are dated and bed clothes had holes in them.
Room on top floor attic, and a smell of sour milk on the stairs.
Staff were very good and the food was delicious
Rooms were a bit small and old
