We loved this hotel! The staff is very friendly and so helpful and there is a lot of staff, so you don't have to look long for somebody to help you. Because of this there is a really relaxed atmosfere in the hotel among the guests. Everyone seemed to be so content. We will definitely be back!

View across Galway Bay from patio and conservatory ...short walk to village... Having option of restaurant or "pub" under same roof ... Great not having to go out.. Especially when it was wet and windy...

The bedrooms and hotel in general was very nice warm comfortable atmosphere. Staff were very nice The pub was great with music on the weekend. The leisure facilities could be a bit better with a larger pool area.

The staff were absolutely 100% wonderful, so professional and courteous - nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile, from the cleaners to the waiting staff to the reception staff to the Manager, who appears to be very hands-on. Would go back. Some of the decor needs updating, especially in the function rooms which appeared dark and gloomy. The bar also could be upgraded, maybe with better furniture and flooring.

Gorgeous location, well run hotel. Arrived early ad my partner had booked golf. Asked the receptionist to call as soon as the room was ready as I was on my own and wanted to relax in the room as soon as possible. I had also called the night before and spoken to the same receptionist. I didn't expect the room to be ready early but I was promised a call which never came. Was very disappointed as I didn't get to check in until after 4 pm. Arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am.

The beds were very clean and comfortable, the staff were very professional and friendly, yet they were very discreet at no time did we feel they were infringing on our space. Maybe the pool could have been bigger.

Good food and relaxed atmosphere Bathrooms a little dated and no proper extraction fan. Towels changed everyday despite eco-friendly policy (of leaving them on the rail for re-use)

The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was very good. The location is just far enough from the city centre for some peace and quiet but not far enough that you are isolated. The location is very well positioned and the views from some of the rooms is spectular.

Brilliant location, plenty of eating options, lovely seating areas. Swimming pool & changing rooms very small. Not family friendly. When checking in the receptionist didn't give us much details, had to ask bout kids club & wasn't told anything about the leisure club or spa. Had to locate these ourselves. On the day of checking out cleaners came into the room twice while we were still there.
