Joanna was delightful and did everything she could to make my stay relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, especially the porridge with Bailey's and the homemade scones. It was a treat to stay so close to UCC and to be near the city centre. Having to leave! |

Excellent welcome on arrival with afternoon tea provided. Breakfasts are the best we have experienced in any place we have ever stayed, including top hotels. While not a critcism of the hotel, Garnish House is on a busy road which means there is traffic noise that starts fairly early in the morning. |

It is the extra's that this accomodation had that makes it special. The cuppa and scones when you first arrive and then the extras that they will do to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. It was much appreciated. There is a great menu to choose from for breakfast. Trying to find the hotel was a small mission as our GPS did not recognise the address and it is one way on that part of street. |

The welcome was great with the tea, cakes and scones. Marcel was an excellent host, very welcoming and informative. The breakfast was fantastic, the choice amazing. We had a kingsize bed that was very comfortable. |

Beautiful room, excellent staff. Location was very convenient, but not in the city centre which is a plus in order to provide a bit of a walking experience thru the city. Very good food, but not excellent. Cakes, scones and pastries were a highlight as was the porridge. Overall a wonderful stay and hotel. Less on the side of a B&B and more of a small hotel. Food was not as good as expected based on the menu- but very good on the whole. Get up early for the freshest selection. Streets were a bit noisy at night outside due to college kids returning to nearby campus- but nothing a city-dweller couldn't handle. Someone wanting complete solitude could be upset by this. |

Greeted very warmly and enjoyed tea and cakes. Room was excellent had everything we needed even down to the fridge and availability of ice cubes for our gin and tonics. Breakfast the next day was exquisite! Wish we had booked for future nights also. Although room was excellent was short of double glazing at the front and had a lot of noise from road and early morning revellers returning home so although everything else was perfect we did not sleep because ofthe noise, real shame. |
