hair dryer not working. bathroom too small no hot water on Monday morning.could not down heating then heating at all.
Great value, right in the centre of town. Staff were great and the pub downstairs was pretty great too.
Couldn't get wifi unless I went to the pub downstairs, although even then it was not great. Some noise from outside due to proximity to town but small price to pay for the locality.
The location - very central to Galway, with good food in the bar.
There was a little noise during the night from the traffic on the road, but that can only be expected if you're in the city centre.
Great location basic rooms but comfortable and clean.Friendly staff and nice breakfast.
A bit noisy in the morning.

Shower could be stronger and warmer
The bar food was very nice and the staff were very friendly
On our departure day we stayed in the hotel for food, my boyfriend asked for a burger to be told there were none left. He settles for an alternative off the menu, we were just finished eating out food only to see the waitress arriving out with burgers for people that came in afterwards??? Very strange.
The best part of our stay was the location, 2minute walk from shops pubs etc. The food in garveys was very good and fast.
The rooms are very average. The price is a little expensive for what u get. Only disapointment in the room was the curtains as soon as the next morning gets bright ur awake as the curtains are see through.
I liked the location, and the heat in the room when we found the radiator under the window and hidden by the curtain.
The room was a little small.
Great place when on budget. Probably least noisy accommodation I've had pleasure staying in. Couldn't get more central location
the shower head, lol, its the only fault
Location brilliant, great music and staff.
No hot shower when i left at 8.45am and this also applied at 10.30am when my fellow guests got up.
Morning after the drink
Smell going up the stairs, the noise coming from the train station, and the noise on the street, and also it said when booking there was a car park which there was,nt.
size room poor very cold even with heat on bathroom poor
Great staff, although the rooms are small, it has everything you need
People next room were smoking and I don't know if it was a smoking room or not but in any case, my room was stinking as a result
Everyone was very helpful and courteous
Biscuit under the bed
Location an d staff
A bit claustrophobic ... corridors very narrow and lift all a bit alice in wonderland...ish
Would stay again
Location and style
The girl on reception was very friendly and efficient. The staff in the bar were efficient. I enjoyed the music, the patrons were friendly. I had breakfast which was served by a friendly young girl.
The room smelled faintly of smoke , as a non smoker, I found it not very nice.
staff very friendly and also very helpful
there was not a lot to dislike would have liked a bath but was able to live with out it
Very reasonable price. Good location. Pleasant staff.
The walls are thin so people arriving home late at night after an evening in the pubs can be easily heard which can make sleep difficult.
Clean bedroom,comfortable bed,fast room service.
Very noisey outside couldn't get asleep not hotels fault just position of hotel as next too bus and train station and a main busy road.
The location was excellent.. Didn't eat in hotel. Room was clean and shower was good and powerful. Good hotel.
