Trendy atmosphere Very clean Friendly people
No table and chair in room Much noise during the night from music/party in bar
Better than come hotels I have stayed in. Very clean and modern, great facilities!
Asked for early check in which was accepted but was told not possible when arrived.
Hostel was well worth the money , it was clean and the bed was so comfortable , I've already recommended it to others and will defiantly be returning.
I had nothing to complain about :)
The breakfast was hideous! How can you serve cold, overcooked eggs that are completely green on the inside?! And white bread hard as stone. We stayed with you for six days, and it was the same bad experience everyday, no variation!
Modern clean fun. A bit far but only a 10 min walk. Worked for us! Awesome bar and long. Great supermarket in front. We had a double room with excelent views. The room Was very clean. I would come back no doubt about it.
The only problem i had Was That the walls were very very Thin and You could hear You neighbours and people in the corridor. The maids in the morning were specially noisy and spoke all morning.
The staffs are friendly and helpful The room was cleaned every day The bar is excellent place to mingle around The hostel was near to the LUAS station
-quick friendly check in, even after midnight -computer freely available in the morning -showers fairly clean and working, water was hot enough
- the blanket was a non breathable one, I was all sweaty next morning (I had my usual pyjama) - no male shower on the 1st floor, had to go up, just one wheelchair accessible and female toilet on nthat floor - music too loud at breakfast
Bar was great and quite reasonably priced. Easy to walk to town, great food market over the road and tram also a good connection to Dublin city centre. Beds had springs in rather than usual foam beds so were comfortable.
found dirty underwear of previous occupant in my bed, rooms not at all sound proofed so woken up by guests leaving in the morning, flooring broken in the room, chipped walls and light broken in bathroom. Can handle all this if cheap price but wasn't that cheap unfortunately and no compensation offered when complaints made. No kitchen or tv rooms and just one hair dryer for whole hostel which cuts out after 30 secs and didn't dry hair. If there were better facilities these weren't shown to us and I couldn't find them.
I enjoyed the stay comfort and was pretty central
This is my 3rd stay in this hostel and the staff where very ignorant at reception weren't willing to help and not very welcoming. Me and my friends where interested in eating in but the chef was handling raw meat and then baps without gloves or changing knifes this is cross contamination at it's very best
Hadn't been notified about early check-in by booking.com. Flush in toilet didn't work.
We have just come back from a a long weekend away of 7girls, we stayed in a 6 bedroom with an extra bed. We couldn't fault the hotel, if you needed anything extra e.g pillows they would bring them straight up! Only down side was you couldn't eat or drink in your room, so if you wanted to budget it was very difficult. Bar wasn't too expensive though, so we started our nights there and was always something going on. Hotel is in a great quiet location and the tram line is a 2minute walk away. We have all said if we would ever go back to Dublin we would all stay there again
The beds and lockers! Good sleep. Great place and admosphere friendly staff and great food!
The doors make a lot of noice. And I think it would be nice if you could eat your own food somewhere. Somethimes its very warm not so many windows to open.
Great location in walking distance to Guinness and Jameson tours and Lighthouse Cinema. The bus service to LHR stops a couple of blocks away. Fantastic, inviting common areas that reflect the location. Plentiful food and drink options.
No amenities in the private baths (no floor mat, hand soap, extra tp).
Me and my friend stayed for 2 nights, the atmosphere was amazing, staff were so friendly, it was clean and comfy and generally impressive! The bar crawl is a must...get to see a less touristy (and cheaper!) side of Dublin!
Only negative was no ensuite so had to run down to the next floor down in my towel for a shower :p
Looks clean and new.
Some people of the staff was good but other was really rude, mainly the chinese girl in the night. C'mon if you don't like your job or working late, don't treat this way to the people. WC only 1 for man and 1 for girls!!! Why dont they do smaller ones but divided in the floors? It was not far from the center but you can get better location for this Price.
Super comfortable bed
The fact there not even a microwave to heat up your meals
the price and the location
the toilet and the noise
perfect location lot of young people perfect price
Location Nightlife Staff Rooms
Location was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful. They have security outside checking if your a guests before you can enter after midnight! Basically a full bar with a stage and comedy skits on the ground floor!
Bathrooms were dirty and the toilets were not flushing well! The floors in the hallways on floors 1 and up all looked like they haven't been vacuumed in 2 weeks.
The Hostel feels safe, is really clean & looks awesome. Every bed is equipped with a reading light and two sockets.
No self catering kitchen at all! No men's toilet or shower on our floor, we always had to take the elevator to another floor! No real hostel atmosphere! 15 - 20 minutes walk to the city center & temple bar!
Bright clean, good atsomspher. Security on the door made it feel very safe!
Did not know there was a charge for towels, a hand towel could have been provided or paper to dry hands at least.
Clean Good facilities Nice Bar and Chillout Space
Early Checkout, not too big a deal though.
I did like hostel and I would be back
Some banging of doors through the night
cool hostel, good for young people
the room was noisy as there were 10 girls in it, hardwood floors, high heels....
