The bar on the first floor is easily the best thing about this hostel and you can't beat the value for the money.
A few members of the staff were a little rude and not the most helpful.
Design of hostel, very friendly staff, fancy bar, bed with lamp and some kind of partition, so you could have a little bit more privacy
No hand wash in the bathroom which is a basic convenience that most other hostels provide. Smaller locks didn't fit on lockers (but reception 'conveniently' sold the right sized ones). Laundry facilities are limited and clothes dryer didn't work very well (reception did give me another token for free which was good).
I like to shooting people and make the history on my photograph, I will like to meet some Congolese people who staying at Dublin
I did not like people that I don't like me!
Cleanest hostel I have ever been to
Great location, just a walk in distance of main attractions. Plenty space in the quadruple room and excellent price. Lovely and attentive staff.
The breakfast included in our rate is poor. The access to the tub is difficult and a bit dangerous. Despite this the place is highly recommended.
price and staff very good
that there is no cooking facilities
We had the one bedroom with the bathroom. It was great, so much better than expected. The staff was friendly and kept our items when we arrived early. The cleaned the bathroom daily. If there was a problem, of which we had one regarding clogged drain, it was fixed immediately.
confusing hallways\bathroooms, bathrooms\showers on the next floor through 5 or 6 doors, extremely loud music ( arabic and latin) with no where to escape from it except go to bed early. NO Kitchen or even somewhere quiet to relax except the large reception\bar\resturant area
Price was good. Free wifi, and computer use downstairs. Nice location.
hallways were cold. Card for elevator did not always work.
I was surprised by this hostel as evetything was clean and sleeping area is seperated from areas of activities , very clean , organised , value for money ,
The hostel is quiet, staff are very friendly, good security.
Can be very crowded, communal toilets is quite far from room, no communal kitchen.
Good location, very near to the Smithfield Luas stop, and the Ushers Quay stop for the Airlink 747 airport bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very modern and well kept décor in the public areas, rooms and washrooms etc. were in good condition and clean. Ample locker space available under the beds, free wifi and plug sockets at each bed a bonus.
Good and helpful staff; left us do early check in; perfect location; very comfortable room; good food e drinks; good atmosphere; beautiful and securite place.
Everything about this place was great, highly recommended!
The bed is comfortable and clean !
Bathroom and toilet are not every floor have!
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, very stylish lounge and drinking area.
I wasn't too fond of the nachos - I rather like the traditional kind, with normal salsa and chicken strips. The locker system was quite annoying as well.
Relaxed open atmosphere. Service was good, accommodation good for a short stay.
Mixed dormitories (probably due to my being older and not used to such things) but I managed OK.
Needed only a bed urgently, found this fab place - full of character, friendly staff, close to new, no bad odours, quiet (some people complain about the noise in their feedback!??? ),beautiful lounging area; Never thought Dublin would have such quality hostels, better than some overrated 3 star old stuffy hotel.. Did not have breakfast there, can't comment, plenty of cosy cafes to reach by hand. Great location - away from the city centre hustle, but also reasonably close - 10mins walk to Temple Bar! Thank you.
Close to the tempel bar and just 50m away from the tram station smithfield
The shower was not so realy clean... Black spots aso.
I always enjoy my stay, great staff and customer service.
One of the best beds for comfort i've experienced when staying in European hostels. Lively hostel with lots to do and good facilities. Slightly out of town but easy walk and good rates.
No Alcohol in guest rooms was not made particularly clear before arrival and was a bit excessive considering we were a group of 22-23 year olds.
The contact with clients, price, localization.
Great hostel! I stayed there for third time..A lot of facilities...
There is no kitchen and breakfast, so that is only, but at the same time a big problem. Because of that, price for 1 night is too expensive...
