Staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay, even offering a laundry service (wash and dry for 5 euro a full load). The hotel has all the facilities that we expected and was clean and well kept. Nothing, though the bar was rather quiet of a night but being in Temple Bar there are plenty of other pub options just around the corner.

Conveniently located An average Hotel. Small room, not particularly pleasant to stay in. They asked for a 20€ charge for check-out at 13:00, although the Hotel was quite empty.

The location of this hotel is great for those looking to be near Temple Bar without being right in the craziness of it but also is a great location for those wanting to be near good restaurants or the historic churches. The main room was quite pretty and did not lack at all in comfort. I would have liked a restaurant in the hotel just for the convenience of being able to stay in one night. The bathroom shower/tub was pretty uncomfortable with a curtain that continually insisted on sticking to your body while showering (though the water pressure was fantastic) and there was a bit of a mold issue on the curtain and wall above the shower.

Thought the staff, particularly in reception, were excellent, couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel was obviously being gradually refurbished - our bedroom was excellent but there were areas which still needed attention, the en suite for example and also the guests toilets on the ground floor.

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff is outstanding and very accommodating. Overall, the stay was very good...the rooms were in good condition, clean and comfortable. Well, I reserved the hotel on Booking.com and it advertised that breakfast was included in the price. However, when I arrived at the hotel they told me there wasn't a meal plan included in the price. So it cost us an extra 50 euro.
