The closeness to the city. Plenty of space in the house. Staff were excellent.

Cutlery and cups, glasses etc weren't properly clean. Mattress on beds were not great.

The location is excellent. The shop and takeaway on site is good and reasonably priced. The laundrette was very handy. The parking was very close to the house. All very reasonably priced. The houses were clean, a good size and the bedrooms were comfortable.

The house appeared dated in furnishings and could use modernisation. The site we booked on advised us that our house was the last one available, but there appeared to be many more houses unoccupied than occupied. There was mould around the sinks and the soap holders were all damaged. One ring on the hob didn't heat fully and there were no markings on the hob to show where low\high heat was or which ring was operated by which knob. There was a lot of noise on one night with shouting outside. I witnessed a security guard swearing and chasing a group of kids away from the site on one occasion. The building next door to the site has lots of broken windows and was set on fire during our stay.

Location was within walking distance to Takeways, bar restauraunts cinema & Kingfisher swimming pool. Had two teenagers who enjoyed the astro soccer pitch & had lots of foregin students to hang out with. Very quite at night and lawns well kept. it was handy to have a launderette on site if any washing was needed.

Had a noisy few neighbours for one night but was'nt anything to get stressed about. Loved everything about Glasan Holiday Village

We had lots of room, a kitchen, three showers, unlimited hot water. Supermarket 5min away. Very accessible to roads southward and northwards. The staff was nice, both security and reception.

The shower has trickling water, not much fun. The stove in the kitchen was working only partially.

Couch was broken - it only had 3 legs, TV wasn't working and neither was the fire. Maintenance had to come and fix these problems but in fairness all issues were amended quickly. Thought the place could do with a really good clean - there was mildew on the soap holder in the bathroom. Will not be returning.

Excellent value for money All staff were very friendly On-site Café breakfast buffet was good and reasonable Accommodation was ideal for a group of friends with 4 single beds spread across 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms Fresh bedding and towels provided when we arrived along with all normal self catering equipment. Bus from Knock airport stops 5 minutes walk away at Galway Dairies (G.M.I.t). Bus into Galway centre every 20 minutes or so. Taxi was 10 euro in/out of Galway centre.

Our door entry cards didn't work when we arrived but Security were excellent in helping us to access our accommodation until we were able to sort things with reception the next day. Quite a large complex so it can get busy with groups of young people making a bit of noise at night.
