Great price, location and staff

Nothing to dislike

Nice room, pretty clean with a good parking just down the hotel. there's a real pub at the ground floor

We had a little problem with the water pressure of the flusher

Close to the Galway city centre, 15 minutes walk, very nice staff and nice traditional irish breakfast option for little extra.

it was spacious and clean, it was not a posh hotel but for value for money i have to say it was great. it is a short drive to the salthill beach and a short drive to the shopping facilities.

mostly what i did not like was that it seemed that every thing you ate had to be fried with chips.

I have to say that this hotel is great value for money

The shower

Pub inside the hotel, Guinness. Aran Island

sizable rooms. kitchenette. very accommodating hosts. close to shops.

water pressure not good for shower, sink or toilet. ended up not bothering to shower. water tastes terrible. all mirrors low due to it being a disabled room, but there wasn't a higher mirror provided.

not a whole lot it was handy for the people that we were visiting in galway

there was a smell of cigarettes in the room the bed was to short the shower hose came way from the wall while having a shower the carpet was filty it looked like blood the television was too small

Did not like that the walls where so thin, you could actually hear the ppl nxt door having a full blown conversation + hearing them having sex as if they where in the room with us. Cleaning was poor.

The location is really good easy acces to the main places

The service of the staff is really poor specially those who are working in The reception especially people those who are working night time sorry to say I stayed in there for more than once but last time it was really poor

The area was noisy and the people visiting the downstairs bar were fighting and screaming very late at night. I believe the police were called

Got it for a great price, staff were friendly, good location for uchg.

It wasn't the most luxurious place, in fact it was quite basic but for the price I paid I'm not complaining and I'd stay here again.

Price - €29. optional extra for breakfast, also very reasonable €5 for continental and €7.50 for cooked breakfast.

Couldn't turn off heat in bedroom as I like a cool room to sleep in.

Hotel was definitely cheap and cheerful - at the price we paid, it was comfortable and clean. Bar was great, breakfast was reasonable.

Only little things - shower pressure was so-so, and the entry light to my room was out. Also no hot water in room 203/8 - can't remember which one it was!
