I loved the relaxed atomosphere, the friendlieness of the people staying there, the people we met were second to none and their repeat bookings yearly encouraged me to want to be part of this social annual gathering Our booking.com reservation was not visible to the reception staff and we had to make several enquiries, / email checks to confirm that we had in fact booked our weekend away. |

Seeing aslan playing The amount of foreign staff who are very rude and do not understand when you speak to them. The room was very basic considering the price i paid, the bathroom was very old.The lack of tea/coffee facility in room and having to pay for them, every other hotel now has it!! In general i thought the hotel was extremly over priced and urgently needs updating on the A wing.I had read on there website the had recently spent multi million on upgrading there hotel but i did not see it any were. |

Room was lovely, enjoyed the leisure centre and the over feel and location of the hotel. My daughter and I arrived in the evening and were sent from reception to bar for toasted sandwich - then bar sent us back to reception where we could only purchase a prepacked sandwich. advised room did not include breakfast then told it did when we checked out. Leisure centre opening hours could have been better. |

It was family orientated which I liked. There was adequate and secure parking and it was centrally located. Our bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke and we needed to have the window open continuously. I was very disappointed not to have tea/coffee making facilities which has always been available in the numerous Irish hotels in which I have stayed. It did not represent value for money. |
