Friendly, helpful staff. Location excellent for touring the area.

The room was lovely and the view, was brillant

There was no music in the evenings inthe bar

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were professionals. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced . The view of the harbour and islands from the hotel was very pleasant. We would recommend it and would certainly return for a further visit.

We loved the beautiful view from our window and found the hotel room very comfortable and warm. It was a great base for completing the Ring of Beara.

We were disappointed with the food in the hotel, especially the evening meal that we had. The seafood chowder starter was very thin, had very little seafood and was overpowered with pepper. The lamb was very fatty and reheated and the vegetables had definitely seen better days. The potatoes were old and reheated and the carrots which looked like frozen ones had turned white and dry as they too had obviously been reheated. Very disappointing. My fish was quite nicely cooked but again someone had a very heavy hand with the pepper. Breakfast was good.

Beautifully positioned, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Our American friends loved the old world charm of the hotel.

Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht aus unserem Zimmer in der dritten Etage. Zimmer großügig. Zentrale Lage an der Westküste von Cork.Große bequeme Betten, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, aber beim Frühstück schon mal überfordert. Lobby mit zwei schönen Kaminen.

Fenster sehr schlecht isoliert, vor dem Hotel eine Durchgangsstraße, von deren Krach man in der Nachtruhe ziemlich beeinträchtigt war. Bad nicht ganz zeitgemäß, eng,hellhörig.

La localisation de l'hôtel est très appréciable; Personnel charmant. Chambre impeccable. Vue sur la baie magnifique.Pt déj très copieux

De ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps.
