Location on a bus line into central Dublin; this made it easy to leave the car parked and use public transportation. Older building that shows its age with creaking floors and thin walls and tile grout mold etc.

When my friend and I arrived, our twin room was not cleaned. The person in charge gave us two rooms for the price of the twin that we reserved. The location is away from the City Centre and is very quiet. Also close to several pubs which are within walking distance. Easy to find a place to eat.

I like how the farther and son team were very knowledgeable about the area in regards to where was best to dine out etc, they even managed to source tickets for the local rugby game which was more or less sold out, they really did go the extra mile and nothing was any trouble .

Very convenient and central - directly across the road from the rds in Ballsbridge - and a wonderfully presented piece of old Dublin. Best breakfast for ages: baked meusli with fruit, yogurt and honey was one of the delights. The bed was extremely comfortable. My mainroad-facing window must be glazed to within an inch of its life: that is, the room was positively quiet. Lovely place. Owner/manager (?) wasn't very friendly; quite brusque. Bathroom was dated rather than of the period, and the sink stopper couldn't be removed after first being used after arrival!

Glenogra Town House was an excellent place to stay. I was there with 10 friends to watch Ireland beat Scotland in the Rugby Six Nations (Aviva Stadium is a 10 to 15 minute walk). We arrived very early on the Saturday morning and Peter was very accommodating and even arranged Breakfast for us before we had even checked in! Rooms were very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend this Guest House to anyone.

The location was great, our room and its decor was in keeping with the period of the house. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was lovely and warm. It was very cosy and the extra touches made it more homely. The breakfast was good also especially as it was included in the room price.
