Very happy with stay, friendly receptionist, lovely room and when we wanted to upgrade to a triple only 20euro more. Lovely power shower, lovely leisure facilities and pretty good value
Bar closed at 3!!!!!!
I was only staying for one night to attend friend's wedding. The room was clean, had all the basics, and the bed was comfortable.
Hotel rooms renovated very spacious and everything was new,
Rooms are a long walk from the main part of hotel.
Location in terms of access to the motorway was the only benefit of this hotel, and also the availability of a supermarket located opposite which includes a deli for lunch options.
Stayed two nights with breakfast included. Reception staff wasn't the most friendly and quite brisk in processing the check in. Breakfast was awful both mornings - the lack of variety was poor with dried bread, a few pastries in a basket which human hair was dangling from, and the quality of the cooked items of breakfast was really lacking. I asked for some bacon and tomato, but it had to be cooked as they had run out in the hot counter serving trays. When it was served it was the scrap ends of bacon strips that would not even class as rashers whilst the tomato was simply inedible. Did not think you could ever go wrong with cooked tomato! The breakfast staff were not particularly friendly, observed one morning as helping themselves to the breakfast serving trays hence limited accessible food for guests. Popped across to the Supervalu supermarket opposite to supplement breakfast as it was so poor during our stay. Did not opt to eat at the bar or restaurant at the hotel based on the experience of breakfast. Room cleaning service started at 8am making noise that would wake the dead and persistently knocking on doors of rooms that were still occupied in what seemed like an attempt to make us leave the hotel. Wifi is free at the hotel and is password protected but the signal is poor. Would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.
Large rooms, bar and restaurant, easy to get taxis etc
On a freezing cold day in January we left the hotel at midday to go to a wedding, returned at 2am and the windows were wide open and the room freezing. Staff brought up a heater but there was no way it could warm up the room. Really disappointing as well as neglectful, luckily nothing was taken but not very impressed with this and don't understand why cleaners did not shut the windows.
Staff was friendly Room was clean and comfortable and very affordable
In the town of Maynooth. Train station to city and shopping nearby. Convenient car parking.
My child got food and the chicken was almost burned and staff a bit rude could do with some manners
Large room Comfy bed Shower pressure Wifi
Food (dinner in the bar area was very basic; standard breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary)
Location -its like a little Galway! Food - yummy, Spa, spotless room, bathroom, lovely decor, friendly staff
Nothing - apart from fact we didnt have time to sample the pool!!
Staff very friendly and efficient
Very cold had to wait for heating to come on at a certain time . Breakfast i noted every thing from sausages to mushrooms to pudding was lunged into deep fat fryer ( turn off) and the furniture in main hall and arm chairs when you got out of lift Level 2 , dirty and dated
The newly refurbished rooms were very comfortable and well fitted out with a very good room size. There is plenty of options in the hotel for meals. And acess to the leisure club was good.
Not a lot
Attitude of staff when told the room was cold. Also we were told bar was closed at 11 in no uncertain terms
Good clean hotel Nice staff Music and Bar in house
Lovely room , two pool , nice food .
Convenient to the motorway, en route to Dublin from Galway
Room cluttered, poor breakfast, feel of a pub in the public areas. Very expensive just for a night
Location for Dublin 1/2 hour away great place to stay little gem well run and great has2 pools . Rooms good size and have more things in them than a 5 star you find in Dublin I say give it a try be surprised and if you like deep fried breakfast it gives a good one
Only one thing spoilt my stay I wanted a romantic dinner for my fiancée and me so we went to the hotel Resturant omg worse food I had in years deep fat fried everything . Been long time since I left food behind me was very pricey for chippy slah dinner price food . All need do is change way it cooked and this place would easily be 4 to 5 star hotel . Listen to other review say same thing food not worth it go out for dinner would I let this stop me from returning NO .........IT A BRILL PLACE TO STAY THIS is JUST MY OWN HONEST OPINION

The room was lovely, the food was great. Nice leisure centre.
Music coming from a function room between 8pm and midnight, but then went quiet.
