Sharing the breakfast table with other people.
Location, friendliness of owner
No cereal on offer and a lit of noise due to floorboards
The view, welcoming and helpful owner. The breakfast.
The room was rather dusty.
The place was fine
We were at a wedding in Killaloe and booked the b & b, mistakingly, as it had a Killaloe address. It was about 10kM away and there is basically no Taxi service in Killaloe. 1 man doing his best!
Home from home, Michael was a fantastic host and looked after us well.
Delightful rural setting, extremely accommodating and helpful host, beautiful breakfast and comfortable upstairs room.
a bit far out of town, but it is rural!
scenery around the house was truly stunning and the host michael was very polite and friendly.
Breakfast was a little on the light side .... full irish consisted of 1 sausage 1 egg 1 white pudding 1 black pudding and 2 rashers
Made to feel at home. Clean
More air flow needed. Heating needed to be available
Great friendly staff, very helpful.
Michael talks a lot during breakfast
Very friendly, with lots of recommendations of places to visit and places to eat. Great location, and would highly recommend.
Michael was a most charming and gracious host, who had a wealth of local knowledge. His recommendations for dining out options were spot on.

Killaloe and Ballina are great place to go for a hiking, good food in local restaurants and relaxing at the water
B&B was a bit cold for my wife; heater did not respond to adjustments
Owner was so interesting to talk to and made us a great breakfast complete with a flower. He also gave us a wonderful restaurant/pub recommendation for dinner. Thanks Michael!
This B&B overlooks Lough Derg, (although is a few miles away from it.) TV in room hair dryer tea making facilites Helpful & friendly staff (Michael) Parking available Free wifi
We stayed 2 nights - the first morning there was not hot water to shower Next morning there was some but not much. on arrival it wasnt as clean as we would have expected; some one elses hair in sink & shower. It is 5 miles outside the town - Breakfast was small portions, and the dining room was quite small. The rooms are not sound proof - we could hear other guest in the house (some of whom were not even in the next room but we could still hear them)
