On arrival very friendly reception staff. The room was great and even when a do not disturb sign was on the door the left fresh towels outside with a little note. Location was ideal for being in the hub of Dublin and I was on the 5th floor so didn't here a thing from the night club. Lovely big room - friends who stayed at a nearby hotel were a bit jealous. Great little cafe 'Metro' round the corner for a more stylish breakfast. All in all had a lovely weekend and felt safe and comfortable staying on my own at the Grafton Capital Hotel. |

staff were very pleasant and helpful The noise levels from the bar/nightclub was very high.could not sleep until after 2pm. was not expecting this. At meeting at 8am next morning so not acceptable. |

I found it well situated for a cultural visit to Dublin. I would have prefered to meet an Irish person on reception. |

The staff were excellent, location & price. I asked for a non smoking room but the room smelt of stale smoke. |

It was in a good location for shopping. It is attached to a very busy nightclub. Which made it very hard for me and my 8 year old daughter to sleep. It eventually became quite around 3.30am |

Location convenience Could not turn off central heating even after maintenance man " turned off" heating.street noise though requested a " quiet" room. Room 411 |

Great location, very helpful staff The room was a bit dark and if you're staying on the first or second floors, the music from the nightclub below is pretty loud late at night. |

Very central, clean rooms, nice personel noisy due to the club at the enterence, you need to stay at 5 th floor |

the young foreign receptionist was very friendly and helpful. as was the maids. and the rooms were lovely and comfortable |

The location of the hotel was excellent,and the room was spacious and comfortable. On the second night of our stay there was a private party in the pub with the band Aerosmith. It was suppose to be for 200 people and over 1000 people showed up. The extra people were in the street outside our room until 3:00Am. They were not doing anything wrong but the noise made it impossible for us to get any sleep and we had an early check out the following morning. |

It was central, clean, comfortable, friendly and reasonable priced. Food was nice too and reasonable. The bedroom was over the nightclub which meant loud music and people screaming until small hours of morning. Hotel was full. Receptionest gave a discount as a result of this. Unless i was having a late night myself, i would request a room near the top and back of hotel when booking. |

The price was about the only thing. Yes. The 'double bed' was in fact two single beds joined together with a sheet over them . I find this totally unacceptable as I booked a double bed not two single beds. Completely annoying |

The hotel is very central and handy for getting to all the sights and for upper-end shopping. There are car parking houses nearby and you get a small discount from the hotel for parking overnight. The hotel is very slightly shabby: old bathroom fittings, sink plugs that did not shut properly. There was even some rubbish left from the previous occupant on the floor. |

Large room, well equipped, comfortable and clean. It was near my business location which was a large part of my choice (as well as the rate) but this hotel is a great location for anybody visiting the city - close to shops, bars restaurants etc. |
