The room was comfortable and the staff where friendly. The room was very noisy at the weekend which made it difficult to sleep. The facilities are limited at the weekend with no bar or catering facilities at times.

The location was excellent and was great value for money The staff showed very little interests in the guests. Could do with a little training in customer service! No room service after 9pm is very poor service . Although hotel clean its decor is quiet dated

The location, the size of the room, lashings of hot water and the price The hotel's rather shabby appearance. The bath room fittings were ancient and the bedroom windows were filthy

Roomis were nice ,spacious and spotless,Breakfast was good and location is brilliant, Good value, There is no bar open at all in this hotel during the week, This is not stated on the web site and to be honest we would not have stayed if we had known this, Staff at reception were not at all friendly.

Large comfortable room, with good bathroom facilities. Lack of internet services. There was supposed to be available in common areas but were down for most of the time. Also, the advert suggests the restaurant/bar are part of the hotel when they are not and were only open Friday & Saturday.

Great location, few minutes walk to the Trinity College. The room and the bathroom was big and very clean. Hair-dryer and coffee machine included in the room. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. No wi-fi in the room, just in the first floor.

Location. Right next to Grafton Street. Breakfast was ok. No wifi as promised. Not even on the first floor as the staff said. Dirty windows in the room. Very noisy. We heard music loudly until 2-3 am from the club that was in the hotel. Thin walls so you could hear everything your neighbours was saying. Actually, if you're looking to sleep this isn't the place to choose.
