The location of the hotel itself, by being in the City Centre, it was easy to get around to see tourist attractions as well as the shopping centres and the park (St. Stephen's Green) being with in walking distance. The nightclub being directly under our room, the music was loud and made it difficult to sleep |

The receptionists were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was with large variety and good service. The street in the back of the hotel is from cobblestones. Each car makes noise that even with closed windows is disturbing. Dinner at the hotel restaurant which is on a gallery above the bar open to the public, was disturbed by the loudspeakers of the televisions in the bar below. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and having the nightclub in the hotel means no stress over what to do on a Saturday evening! |

Excellent value. We had a stop over in Dublin and wanted a place that was centrally located. This hotel was perfect. Hotel staff was very friendly, and the room was a very nice size. Definitely would come back again. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Within easy reach of everything I wanted to do and see, walking distance too. Reception area, not big enough, no seating for us to meet. Would have been nice if the bar had been open for us to meet at lunchtimes. I had a noisy room. |

I liked the fact that it was pretty central to most things We were new to Dublin so found it quite hard to find. We had to stop and ask people for directions and only one person pointed us in the right direction. |

It was extremely close to grafton street so no taxis were needed On arrival the hotel could do with a make over extremely old style. The hotel room had no air conditioning also our sheets were not clean which we were disgusted with yet again the bedroom could do with a serious upgrade. For the price we expected a lot more. |

Centrally located, friendly staff, comfortable room. Hotel is next door to a disco/karaoke bar. Could hear the music in our room until 1:00 AM when the place shut. |

it is very close to the city center, and you can get to the different sites easily. The room next to the lift is very noisy at night. |

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast service was good but the breakfast itself was just not value for money. The quality of the food was very poor.Toast only cooked on one side!!! Poor selection of cold items and the hot food was lacking in choice. |

The staff were extremely helpful and patient. In contrast to many other services in Ireland, they were attentive to customer needs rather than what was handiest for them or org 'policy'. Good job receptionists at Grafton Capital!! It would be a nice extra to have safe boxes in the room. |

The Grafton is in a prime location, my bedroom (502) was fairly spacious and the bed very comfortable; breakfast was good; There was a mistake in my bill where I was charged for three extra breakfasts at 9.95 euros each; unfortunately I did not check at the time; |
