Staff Location Value for money
Location to bars and restaurants. Staff were fantastic and very helpful if you needed it.
The bed in our opinion wasn't very good at all but each to their own.
The location of the hotel was perfect and reception staff very polite and accommodating.
Staff serving breakfast were very slow to say the least at preparing new food for our group as the existing food had been sitting around and not fit fir human consumption. We ended up leaving and getting a refund for breakfast. The cafe across the road was worth visiting.
Staff very good.
Breakfast was very poor we were the last two in. For breakfast they were two sasages left bacon was burnt could not eat it
helpful staff and comfort of room
could smell the smoking rooms
Excellent location at a good price. Like the check out time of 12 noon as well.
Decor is a bit dated but that's only a small thing, hotel is clean.
Beside the HAIRY LEMON PUB
Breakfast buffet not on...order from small sheet of paper ..no sausage....waited 25 mins..got a tired reheated burnt inedible breakfast
Superb location very friendly staff cosy and comfortable rooms
Noise level high throughout the night and into early morning on the streets
Young couple from england, brilliant location, brilliant staff.. Had great crac :)
All the above . The smoking room did not smell like one .
The bar not open on a Sunday . Wifi very bad had to go to internet station in hotel on secon floor .
Perfect location for everything we wanted to so in Dublin we will be back
Central location close to shops, restraunts, bars, St Stephens Green, great price
rooms bit dated but for price can't complain
The receptionist Alexandra was really good, helpful & friendly
The only thing that would put me off is the price of alcohol very very expensive better to bring your own
old world charm. Pleasant staff at desk.
breakfast staff were friendly but not professional. Chap cooking our breakfast was not in proper cooks or chefs overall. Black shirt and grey trousers is not an ideal uniform for a cook. Pleasant girl serving us kept running hands thru her hair and then picking up bread for toasting. Much flirting and giddiness among staff. But they were very pleasant
It's perfect hotel, in the heart of Dublin! Hotel is spotless clean and very reasonably priced! :)
Iron was broke in room, didn't realise it until I had to go to work and then i was late
lovely stafflocation, cleanliness and comfort
nothing to complain about
The location is brilliant for this hotel, the staff were friendly,
The only thing which was a let down was that we chose to go on the top floor and couldn't get a wifi signal but as i stated we chose the top floor, the shower also changed temps whilst you were in it, these were the only 2 things I could fault, I would definitely recommend staying here
No wifi connection in the room.
Friendly helpful staff. Quick check in and prompt service re booking of taxi.
Poor housekeeping. Dust everywhere I looked - bathroom, splashed and smears all over the brass facade for the tissues, grout around bath needed re doing, dust all through the balustrades of the residents bar, table badly water damaged with veneer lifting. Coffee terrible. Instant does not cut it.
Location Value Staff
Nothing really, stand run down but location makes up for it. As it's just a base to explore the city it was adequate.
