The room was clean and very comfortable. plenty of space to move around and ample storage.
no complaints really.
breakfast has a little room for improvement
Cold plAtes at breakfast and food lukewarm and services at breakfast extremely slow
The hotel was in a good location slept well.
Breakfast was terrible no organisation and no variety of food, staff were very ignorant and not helpful whatsoever. Shower did not work and tv took ages to get working would not stay here again no value for money.
Beds were comfortable
There was no entertainment in hotel and was very quite
The hotel was great from start to finish. No faults at all. Greated by lovely staff and relaxed in the bar until the early hours.
My stay wasn't long enough :-(
Very disappointed with our stay there as shower wasn't working and breakfast wasn't great had to wait so long to get it
Staff are friendly
Breakfast was a shambles, people having to wait ages for food and while in the line to get hot food staff cleared tables of my tea and toast as I was in the line that long. The breakfast experience destroyed the stay
Good value, nice location, lovely staff.
Hotel was just a bit dated, could probably use a face lift.
Size of room, power shower, bed comfort, cosy :) staff friendly, will return
No wifi in rooms, but is available in bar/lobby, Tv outdated, not that we watched it anyway
Very clean Staff were very friendly Breakfast was lovely Location is excellent
No receptionist to check us in or out No bottle opener in the hotel Bed very uncomfortable .. Spring digging in to my back all night. 3 channels on the telly
GreAt bar food pleasant staff

building isn't clean. Breakfast wasn't good but the staff did there best very friendly
it was very nice and in a good location .
breakfast wasnt that nice .
lovely and warm, nice and clean, dont expect hilton standards,
night porter was abrupt and anything but plesant, i got the opinion that we were putting him out of his way to let us in,could do with a personality transplant.
One ignorant man serving breakfast he had no sauages, tomato, potato bread or egg handed me beans and bacon as nothing was ready at 9.30am queue had 23 people in it and one server.couldnt find a clean table so cleaned one myself...laughable! remote for telly broke and we had luxury room with one main light that could only be turned on and off at door
Staff were pleasant and helpful - room clean and tidy - bed clean and comfortable.
Room felt sparse and was furnished as if from a second hand shop Bathroom was in need of refurbishment with mould in broken tiles and sealant in bathroom.
- Pleasant and friendly staff but there wasn't enough of them. Under resourced and overworked i quickly established however they do their very best to help. The cleaners were very friendly when they arrived at the door to ask if i needed anything for the room. - Location is perfect. - Overall, i was happy as i was only staying two nights. - I certainly would stay again if in Bundoran. I have been in all the main hotels in Bundoran and the Grand Central is definitely one of the best choices available.
- Room was generally clean but needs a deep clean. Inside the wardrobe there was a thick layer of dust. Behind the bedside table was also a thick layer of dust on the carpet. I spotted that when i was doing my evening press-ups. Condensation should have been cleaned from the windows before arrival. - BREAKFAST - I like to have two cups of tea but only got one (the cups are smaller than my mugs at home). There should be an infinite supply of tea in an Irish hotel - it's tradition is it not? Where's Mrs Doyle when you need her? I prefer boiled eggs but didn't get the choice. I certainly didn't starve though as there was plenty of food for a breakfast. Dinner service was seriously slow and orders were misunderstood. I left hungry after a small dinner so had to go to the room and eat more of my travel food. Perhaps i am just greedy but the children got bigger dinners than the adults. Chips are cheaper i suppose but i don't eat them. The dinner service and portions needs to be improved as a priority!!! Shower was not working so had to use the bath. Toilet seat broken. Perhaps the hotel could have someone check all the rooms to ensure ALL facilities are working properly before guests arrived and have any problems resolved. A checklist would sort that out. Complaints would fall significantly if this were implemented. This hotel is in a central location and could be so much better with a few adjustments. I would stay longer if discount was offered for longer stays but wasn't available when i booked it online hence only stayed with the family two nights. However, the hotel would need some adjustments also so that a longer stay is more pleasant. I would like to be staying somewhere comfortable with functioning facilities and this would make it an environment i would desire returning to. As the TV is rubbish, i would recommend DVD players in all rooms. They can be bought very cheap these days.
Location was excellent
Staff were really unprofessional. There was no manager on duty for the duration of our stay over a weekend. The man who served breakfast was drunk and boasting about how he only got home 2 hours before coming to work.
breakfast was cold
Not much going for it need new staff. Don't waste ur money going there
Understaffed food in restaurant was awful. Breakfast was nice. Cannot cater for large group. Haven't got a clue!!!
location was central and everything was very accessible.
feel that some activities or games room would be beneficial to the children.
great hotel great breakfast
Booked 3 nights stayed 2.First night no sleep with noise from drunks in street.Second night new room still no sleep from noise of water tank overflow outside window.I complained about this and was told it would be fixed but it went on all night. In the morning I asked to see the manager as I expected some compinsation and was told she was not there but she would contact me.We went home for a rest but the manager never contacted us.Worst break ever.
