waitress on duty the morning after the night we stayed was very rude. we didnt get our breakfast.she would not serve us. i would never stay there again. |

staff was friendly, food was delicious, it was a nice weekend ;) Hotel is good situated close to the sea, city ... and we had nice view on the sea from our room ;) cot for a baby was not in a good condition ;( but anyway the hotel is worth of recommendation. We really liked it !!! |

We had a great view of Tramore from our clean and comfortable bedroom. The food was very good in terms of both quantity and quality. The staff was very friendly. For the price we paid and for a three star hotel, we couldn't fault it. |

The hotel was clean,very close to everything & had very friendly staff & good food. the staff in duffys bar in the hotel were not very friendly & often left the bar unattennded for periods,leaving customers waiting up to ten minutes for a drink. |

I liked the old world atmosphere and the sea views were stunning. Good music session at night. The sheets on the bed seemed to be as old as the hotel and could do with replacing . The toilet roll was placed in such a position in the bathroom that one would want to be a contortionist to reach it. |
