We had warming mat in our bed Very polite, nice owners
Room was a bit cold
The proprietors were so friendly and helpful, a great "Cead Míle Fáilte"!. The room was clean, had tea making facilities, ensuite, TV, wi-fi and to top it all off - a lovely Electric Blanket on a cold December Day! Loved that! Breakfast was scrumptious and great portions. We slept soundly and there was no outside noise, so a great sleep. Will stay again when I'm visiting next.
We had a great experience. Nothing to dislike thank God.
Bed was rock hard, water freezing for shower, breakfast burnt.
when i let
as i arrived i met an angry very nasty person who barked at me for not using the door bell also the breakfast was terrible . i would not recommend this b and b also the price is excessive or so far out of town
Affordable, clean and comfortable
Orange juice at breakfast was very cheap.
Room was freezing cold and there was no warm water for a shower in the morning!
Accommodation nowadays has a very high standart. The difference is in the people that provide you with the accommodation and serve you the breakfast in the morning. Super nice owners, easy going and always willing to help.
Very nice hosts that helped us a lot. We came very late. Breakfast was great
Everything....... 2nd Visit. Cannot wait for the 3rd. Warm, friendly.
It was nicely located to catch the bus to downtown. There are at least six to ten more B&B's within a hundred yards, all on the same street so if you decide to just drop into the area there is bound to be a vacancy somewhere.
You only get one bath towel per person. You have to ask for a wash cloth or hand towel.
I was impressed with the friendliness of the owners and enjoyed our stay. Nice touch to have toiletries in the bathroom.
Was definitely too far out of the city for my liking and would have preferred to have stayed within walking distance of everywhere but we did book at last minute and we were pleased with the price. Could have been doing with a low radio on in the dining room to make people feel slightly easier about talking to each other. Tv picture not brilliant but all in all a good stay with lovely people!
John & Maria were very nice people. We had a problem with our rental car and they were so great about helping us over it. I would definitely stay there again.
A quality establishment with excellent facilities and superb friendly staff who can not do enough to please you, quality food in lovely atmosphere and good location ....
The room itself was so small that we could not put a second foot on the floor. We had to hop around the bed. Floor space was so limited that our second dufflebag could not be placed on the floor. I had to remove the ironing board from the closet and set mine inside. The shower was so small that we squeegeed the glass walls just by turning around. The location was in a cul de sac with about ten other B and B's. We got to know all the neighbors because we all had to use the bus because the location was about four small towns away from central Galway. Worst yet there was nothing local of interest. I think this was the only place in Ireland that you had to commute to a pub.Worst B&B experience on our trip
Very comfortable, a warm welcome, lovely breakfast
lovely room, spacious and clean. The owners were lovely and friendly and we had to leave very early the day of our departure so Marie left us access to breakfast even though it was earlier than the standard hours.
WiFi didn't work at all for our stay and maybe it was a little too far out from Galway. Having said this there was a bus stop opposite on Dublin Road so it was easy to get into the township.
the bedroom verysmall and too far away from the center of the city
John and maria who own the grange are very welcoming. Excellent breakfast and very clean room. Very good value for money. They could not do enough to make mine and my husbands stay as comfortable as possible. They even done free breakfast for our son who was not staying at the grange. Will be going back again.
friendly clean Great area Quiet neighborhood
The owners are very friendly and sensible with our child. Lovely place and excellent breakfast
Nothing. Everything was ok.
The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast good. Tour buses picked up outside on the main road.
No garden area to sit in.
The breakfast was fine and the lady serving was pleasant.
Within 5 minutes of arriving I was treated like a scolded shool child on two occasions. When I tried to defend myself I was shouted down. The owner quickly backed down when I treatened to cancel the booking and complain on line. I was brought up to respect older people but my manners were really tested on this occasion. Maybe he was having a bad day but no, I would not recommend this B&B.
Breakfast was realy good. Very helpfull landlords. Thay help to organise a trip aroud the cty.
