We have stayed many times at this hotel and you cannot fault it. This trip we got a very small room and we were moved to another spacious room immediately. We cannot fault this establishment an any way (a grand stay)

The breakfast options were superb with something for all palates catered for. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shops. We stayed two nights and the free parking was only covered from 5pm to 11am the next morning. You have to pay for the 6 hours between 11am and 5pm. Although a coupon is offered to provide parking at a cheaper rate between these hours.

Family run hotel which priorities contact with clients. Very good food, lovely decor, rooms which are clean and tidy - it is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I look forward to being there again soon.

Friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff. Excellent food. The public toilets were not kept to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel especially at busy times such as lunch an dinner time.

The warmth of the welcome- the friendliness of the staff, the bar restaurant was wonderful. Breakfast outstanding. Room was comfrotable and convenient. Have stayed multiple times. I did not like the wall hair dryer. It was awkward and too hot to use.

This was my first stay. All facilities were very good, other than my room, for the price. The Staff, all excellent and friendly. My room was ok, but the beds were awful. Cheap, uncomfortable and, dare I say, a stong whiff of stale sweat and smoke, pervaded everything. Pillows were well past there "sell by" and the linen was verging on the threadbare !
