Represents great value as an airport hotel. Good location as a business meeting venue as it is a realtively quite and small hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the TV was quite old (and small) - which I think is atypical of Radission SAS Hotels. But other than that everything was fine. |

The price was really ok for an airport hotel considering B&B in Ireland costs almost the same. It was very quiet. Very handy when having an early flight. Most or all (?) hotels in Ireland want to see money first before you have had a look at the room. That is rather poor service. Was the same at the Radisson Cork Airport, however, checked room first then paid. We were asked for credit card automatically. There dont seem to be any cash payers anymore....no surprise, really. No hair dryer. But these are small things, the hotel is fine. |

Convenience for the airport I would have expected parking to be free for guests. I could understand applying a charge to prevent people parking and flying but would have expected that for those guests staying overnight in the hotel that there would be free parking. |

the room was clean but basic. there is a charge of €8 for parking which is excessive. there should be a discount for guest of the hotel. the pay parking machine doesnt return change. this charge is unnecessary . |

Comfortable bed, free internet. Having to pay €8 for parking per day.The radiator made a loud clicking noise early in the morning when it was turning on which woke us both up. |

Bright clean rooms €8 a night to park the car or being charged by the hour if traveling to and from during the day is I in my opinion completely unjustified for a hotel outside the city |

The location - very close to the airport. Just that we could not use the facilities as they were closed untill december. The hotel did apologise for this with complimentary cheese and wine. |

Staff very friendly - overall very happy and would have been happy to stay again but for the gym/jacuzzi. As for guest reviews, I couldn't find any on your own website. As above, the pool/gym. I did find a brochure in the room stating that either your stay should be satisfactory or you should not pay. I'm not suggesting that a lack of a gym is reason to refund the entire stay, but perhaps we could have been offered a complimentary breakfast - some gesture? Other than apologies, nothing was said. As for recommending the hotel, yes, but with reservations. |

Good value for what was basically an up-market travel lodge and would suit somebody needing a room for the night. Nothing more. Car-park overnight charge of €8; shower in the room was poor; sink was blocked; non-smoking room smelled of smoke; half-empty beer glass left outside room door since previous occupant; half-finished lunch left on plate at reception for over 3 hours; poor bar-service in an almost empty bar (half-pulled Guinness left sit for over 5 minutes). |
