Airport was well signed and easy to find. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Car park lighting and signage was poor. The small milk cartons that were kept in mini bar fridge were 6 months out of date. That puts question mark over housekeeping. |

the location was excellent, we arrived at two a.m. and we were made feel very welcome. unfortunateely they only had smoking rooms on our arrival...as we're not smokers we found that a bit annoying. |

Tea/coffee in the room. Nice and quiet. A pleasure after being stuck in Birmingham for hours due to a delayed flight Milk curdled in the coffee. Nearly an hour waiting for room service, although in fairness it was at a late hour. Did not get requested wake up call. |

The room decor was fresh and modern The corridors had uncollected laundry bags and food trays ; there seemed to be minimal staffing. The bar and restaurant were well designed but lacked any athmosphere: probably typical for airport hotels. |

Ideal location for early morning flight from Cork airport. Plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 children in room. Satelite TV not working. The receptionist said it is having problems but I don't think it has ever worked!! |

the room was fantastic with everything you could ever need available. Staff were friendly and quick. Noise from the airport was not even noticable. I will be back! No way to turn the heating down. There were some very rowdy guests staying in the hotel the same night, who were permitted to run riot round the whole building. However I know this was a once off occurance so I would stay here again. |

close to the airport, free wifi, easy check in/out we were unable to get back to the hotel due to the adverse weather and the hotel receptionist was unable to offer further help. it was a shame that we paid for two nights but only stayed one. |

Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Staff were extremely helpful and room service was fast and food delicious. Overall it was excellent value and I would be more than happy to come again and recommend to my friends. A more up-to-date TV would have been nice but it's a small point. |

It was easy to find, It wasn't very far from the city center. We arrived late in the evening after 10 P.M. and after checking in we went up to the room, as I was about to open the door I could hear voices from the inside, I realized the tv was on in the room, I went back down explained at the reception I hadn't entered the room but it sounded like someone was already in the room, I was told that sometimes the tv switches itself on once you check in. I went back up stairs opened the door and was hit by an over whelming smell of stale smoke in a darkened room as I opened the door further I could see that there were towels on the floor of the bathroom, the smell in the room was awful the bed hadn't been made and there was used coffee cups everywhere. |

I had booke the hotel on line for two members of staff, but when they were checking out they were asked to pay the bill. After I had given my cards details when booking the room. My staff members had to call me on Sunday moring to find out what to do. The person on the desk was not that helpful and one of my staff had to pay on his own card. |
