Staff very friendly - overall very happy and would have been happy to stay again but for the gym/jacuzzi. As for guest reviews, I couldn't find any on your own website.

As above, the pool/gym. I did find a brochure in the room stating that either your stay should be satisfactory or you should not pay. I'm not suggesting that a lack of a gym is reason to refund the entire stay, but perhaps we could have been offered a complimentary breakfast - some gesture? Other than apologies, nothing was said. As for recommending the hotel, yes, but with reservations.

Good value for what was basically an up-market travel lodge and would suit somebody needing a room for the night. Nothing more.

Car-park overnight charge of €8; shower in the room was poor; sink was blocked; non-smoking room smelled of smoke; half-empty beer glass left outside room door since previous occupant; half-finished lunch left on plate at reception for over 3 hours; poor bar-service in an almost empty bar (half-pulled Guinness left sit for over 5 minutes).

The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

The only fault I found was the disabled parking outside the entrance was taken up by vans and cars non of which displayed a disabled permit, therefore I had to wheel my mother up from the car park in the rain.

Perhaps the duvet cover could be a lighter tog

The many empty bottles and glasses from the previous night were still out side every room on my corridor till 22.30, there must have been a lot of drinking done in the rooms, and this gave me a very bad impression of the hotel. There was only one person on reception and the phone kept ringing so I was left standing while she answered the phone both checking in and out.
