Godt tilfreds i forhold til formålet med overnatningen bedre supervision til personale under uddannelse, er ikke gode nok til at hente hjælp hvis de ikke kan svare på spørgsmål, det uddannede personale klarer opgaven særdeles godt. |

Proxmity to the airport and early morning travellerrs they have water, juice and coffee etc ready. I dont like it when staff are not friendly when you come to reception and they always take ages if you have used a booking web site. The receptionist hardly looked at me. |

Arrived in hotel at 10.15pm and was not able to get anything to eat as there was no room service/bar food available on a bank holiday after 10pm |

The fact that the staff at the front desk have to handle booking calls means that people are waiting overlong to get their room details/pay their bills/return their keys. |
