Location, as we were boarding an early flight the next morning. On booking.com it was advertised that there was a free breakfast included in the price. However, when we got to the hotel the breakfast was not covered in the payment we made. |

Chose this hotel because of proximity to the airport, airport shuttle and availability of a family room. Hotel room very worn. Carpet had stains and burn marks. Towels were grey. Outside neon light very bright and not sufficient room darkening curtains. Disappointing. |

It's convenience to the airport and shuttle service. Also the variety of breakfast options We only received towels for 1 person in the bathroom and only noticed the next morning when we were in too much of a hurry to do anything about them. |

Easy shuttle service from Arrivals to hotel...approx every 15 mins but basically the shuttle is there 5 mins after you call the hotel on the freephone provided in the Arrivals hall..Good checkin/easy checkout. Free internet in rooms is extremely useful. Tea/coffee making facilities, Comfortable bed. Even though on the airport grounds did not hear aircraft and got great nights sleep. Everything was as expected from a Radisson Hotel... |

Convenience to the airport. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, all the way down to the shuttle drivers. Breakfast buffett was so-so. No option to order from menu. Very limited choices for American cuisine. |

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Carpet wasn't clean--it had been vacuumed, but there were large, dark stains. |

Front desk was exceptionally helpful regarding directions for shuttle and returning rental car. The food service was horrible - perhas the worst I've seen. We had a "grab and go" snack upon arrival that took almost 20 minutes to serve! And at dinner we were told the manager had put a stop on taking any new dinner orders for 40 minutes! And this is in a hotel where the occupants are relatively captive: almost every guest must eat there. How can you not stff appropriately once you know what the occupancy is? The food itself was OK but the staffing to support the occupancy rate was disastrous. |
