The quality of the food was far far above what the hotel itself would lead you to believe and teh staff were really good. With a little investment this could be a great hotel as its pretty run down. But then I suppose prices would have to increase. Making it expensive.

1. Location to the airport; 2. The facade of the building lit up at night; 3. Flexibility of the hotel staff. 4. View of the airport. 1. My first impression walking into my room to find a broken bed in a 4 star hotel. 2. Attention to detail in finishes and general standard of quality of the rooms including fittings and fixtures. Particularly the bathrooms lacked a 4 star visual, spatial and quality experience.

A typical, efficient airport hotel. Took us 8 minutes to walk to the airport terminal, frequent shuttle buses available, too. A check-in machine in the hotel lobby was a nice touch.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its location to the airport and they stored my luggage for a few days for me. I don't think it measures up to Radisson standards.

Staff helpful and polite. Bed very comfortable Too much noise from bathrooms eg when a person flushed the toilet, a person having a shower which woke me at 11pm (I had to get up at 4.30am the following day)

Decent rooms, good room service. 24Hr check in/out great as it in the airport complex. Quicker to walk to the terminal than catch the courtesy bus. Be careful if you have to use the room phone. The charges are unclear in the room information pack. I had to pay €69 for a 20 minute call to the uk. Scandalous.

Good location, free shuttle to/from Dublin airport, 5 min away from it The water boiler in the room didn't work, there was smell of cigarettes inside although this was a non-smoking room, the matress wasn't in a good shape, needs to be replaced

Things must be very tight at the Radisson Dublin airport. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and there was only one tiny bottle of shower gel. When we asked for the soap to be replenished and for some more shower gel we received a tiny bar of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo. Come on Radisson you are letting yourselves down!!!

The fact it was close to Dublin airport and so easy to take the shuttle bus there.. The breakfast was good! A lot - this hotel is seriously in need of an upgrade... Room was uncomfortable, plumbing so so old - took forever for running water in shower to heat up.

"Radisson BLU's proximity to the Dublin Airport was key for Us as We had to return a rental car before an early morning flight. Its' location took away the stress of any possible hiccup along the way. The shuttle to and from the Radisson blu was spot on & the People were most Friendly & helplful. Would definitely stay again...

It was excellent for providing a decent room close to the airport as we were flying out early in the morning. The restaurant provide a light meal which was perfect for us. The automatic door was not clearly signed at the outside of the hotel and the internal doors were hard to push open - this made it very difficult to get into the lobby when handling a large and a small case each. The room was far too warm and it was not possible to open the windows because of the aircraft noise.
