Proxmity to the airport and early morning travellerrs they have water, juice and coffee etc ready. I dont like it when staff are not friendly when you come to reception and they always take ages if you have used a booking web site. The receptionist hardly looked at me. |

Arrived in hotel at 10.15pm and was not able to get anything to eat as there was no room service/bar food available on a bank holiday after 10pm |

The fact that the staff at the front desk have to handle booking calls means that people are waiting overlong to get their room details/pay their bills/return their keys. |

Size and shape of the bath and room too warm for the heavy duvets. We could not operate the temperature controls to cool the room enough. No hot water in the morning. |

Very clean. No noise from the nearby airport The restaurant which was adveritsed as being open was closed and the only food available was in the bar. The service was poor. |

Good beds. The driver of shuttle bus was very nice and polite. The temperature was too high and it was not possible to get it lower. |
