Very close to Dublin Airport with effective shuttle service.Not disturbed by any aircraft - so assume the sound-proofing very effective. |

It was close to the airport. It was clean The restaurant wasn't open. It wasn't close to anything and there was no city bus close by. |

Close to the airport, and free shuttle service. The bus ride to town is only 2.2 Euros vs a 30 Euro cab ride. No food services except early am and supper time. |

Breakfast I made my reservation online. When I made the reservation I also asked two questions, but no one contacted me with answers. The invitation for this survey indicated 4 questions. You obviously have more than that here. Your description in the third part of #4 below doesn't apply to us. |

This was an airport hotel and provided a shuttle bus facility to the terminal from 3.00 a.m. onwards. Staff were very helpful. There was a great deal of external noise from a generator supplying traffic signals at the roadworks outside which was not mentioned when booking. |

Traveling with family, the staff found us adjoining rooms which made it very convenient for organizing our early departure from the Dublin airport. The rooms were elegant and comfortable. |

possibility of on-line reservation, short formalities at check-in, nice room, without any aircraft or airport noise, very good fare it is always a problem in the bathroom if you have only a fixed shower on the wall |

Big room, free Internet, and comfy beds. The price was very good. It was GREAT being so close to the airport; with the frequent shuttles, we had no worries. |

The hotel was clean, and the staff very polite and helpful. It had a very welcoming atmosphere. There was no milk on the hospitality tray in our room, and I had to buy a glass of milk from the bar downstairs-do not think this was very good. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Shuttle to and from airport terminal was extremely useful. The bed was very comfortable - firm mattress, lovely pillows and duvet. Water was cold in the morning when we got up (admittedly early at 4.30 am) to have a shower |

Comfort excellent. Had to ring three times for courtesy bus! Woman alone with luggage, had to make my way to designated airport/hotel pick-up point some distance away at 02.00am and had to wait in excess of 30mins for courtesy transfer to hotel which arrived following the third phone call. Tried to get taxi but drivers refused fare due to hotel proximity. Poor transfer service & inconvenient pick-up location... |

prompt check in, nice toiletries good shuttle service to airport. the car park is a separate entity and you have to pay e10 for the night of your stay, if you wish to use your car you have to go to separate office to pre pay just awkward and expensive! |
