Location very convenient to airport. Staff friendly and late pick up form airport was much appreciated. Foold also very good

Almost everything was really perfect.

I found the food in the bar a bit loveless, despite it being relatively expensive. Did the job, but I wouldn't rave about it. Also the shuttle is a bit small. There was a bit of a shuffle for the shuttle in the morning, which is not ideal when you have a small baby and lots of baby-related paraphernalia to load and then noone gives you a seat, despite having not been allowed on the previous shuttle! But to be fair the driver was very good and solved the issue for us.

Temperature in room too high

I was allocated a room on the first floor. After my experience in March when I was put in a similar one, I objected. I was given a room on the third floor. This was very clean and comfortable. Please do not allocate me a room on the first floor again

The location was good.

Staff not particularly friendly. Air conditioning broken and difficult to get heating at reasonable level. Looking a bit dated needs a freshen up.

No gym, no swimming pool inside the building. Standard hotel, nothing exceptional. Convenient only for the position right in front of the Dublin airport and for the free shuttle bus.

The bathroom odour was smelly - I believe the extractor fan was not working, but I reported it. Breakfast was not appetising.

Dear Sir/ Ms, I own a b&b in Castlecomer and I booked the hotel for my guest as she was flying out to Australia the next evening. I wanted to make sure she was near the airport as she was a real lady. I had an email this evening from her and she was full of praise for my choice of hotel for her to stay in. Thank you for looking after her so well. I know she will revisit Ireland and next time she will bring her husband. She loved everything about Ireland and we were lucky to have her stay 12 days. Excellent location beside airport literally 2 mins walk from arrivals! Great value and comfort. Also great soundproofing! Didn't hear a thing considering we were on top of the airport so to speak. Easy check in and out lovely friendly staff. Recommend if you choose an airport hotel! Will definitely stay again!

No complaints but it would be great if you could get a B&B option instead of separately paying.

The food we had was adequate, but not up to the standards you would expect in Ireland for the price paid.
