Spacious room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, car valet parking very much appreciated. Excellent proximity to shops and restaurants. On returning to the hotel after a night out, at approx 1am, I was waiting outside for 5 mins before night porter opened the door. Chose hotel as I was alone and felt it was safe option. Not satisfied about no answer to bell for this length of time. |

The staff were so friendly and helpfull, loaction wise was perfect for town and sos much so we are planning a return trip! I had booked a twin room non-smoking and while there were two beds in the room, they were pushed together, as a double bed, also someone had been smking in the room and there was a smell of smoke in the room. When we said this to reception, we were told that the floor was all no smoking, but there was definately someone smoking in the room before we checked in and there was definately a strong smell of smoke. |

Very comfortable kingsize bed in executive room(ask for one overlooking eyre square or else you may end up with a view of the train station!) Very poor quality coffee(cappucino/latte) served in bar after lobby cafe closed.Mould on brown soda bread which arrived with our breakfast. The manager apologised but offered no compensation. |

The location of the hotel was perfect, we could leave the car and get out walking There was no air conditioning in our room which meant that we had toleave our bedroom window open the hole night and with the noise early in the morning we were awake from 6am |

The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The windows in our bedroom were filthy giving the room a dull and depressing atmosphere. No aaircondition. |

The breakfast was excellent I've stayed in B&B's that were decorated brighter and nicer at a fraction of the cost. It was far to expensive. |

the staff are very friendly and the food while its expensive it was beautiful. the beds were very comfortable. absoutly disgusted with the spa the steam room wasnt hot and it smelt like a pan of water had gone off the boil the heated seats werent working i sat on 1 part and was nearly stuck to it with the heat while the rest of it was cold. the hot tub was too hot it made my husbands skin go red from the heat. there was no shower gel for the shower afterwards or no body lotion. |

A great location, right in the heart of Galway. The hotel was comfortable and the ambiance was one of relaxed grandeur. I really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. The breakfast was superb. Staff were really professional, always helpful and polite. Needed a lick of paint in places. |
