The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The windows in our bedroom were filthy giving the room a dull and depressing atmosphere. No aaircondition. |

The breakfast was excellent I've stayed in B&B's that were decorated brighter and nicer at a fraction of the cost. It was far to expensive. |

the staff are very friendly and the food while its expensive it was beautiful. the beds were very comfortable. absoutly disgusted with the spa the steam room wasnt hot and it smelt like a pan of water had gone off the boil the heated seats werent working i sat on 1 part and was nearly stuck to it with the heat while the rest of it was cold. the hot tub was too hot it made my husbands skin go red from the heat. there was no shower gel for the shower afterwards or no body lotion. |

Hotel is in great location, the staff were very friendly and really helpful, the restaurant was nice. The room was lovely, really spacious and comfortable, overall a well deserved 4 star! |

A great location, right in the heart of Galway. The hotel was comfortable and the ambiance was one of relaxed grandeur. I really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. The breakfast was superb. Staff were really professional, always helpful and polite. Needed a lick of paint in places. |

we liked the hotels central location ,super friendly and helpful staff ,room was excellent and on a very wet weekend was very warm and welcoming . the 3.30 check in is later than many other hotels in the area |

Breakfast and the canadian tub were wonderful The price of a glass of white wine in the bar was ridiculous, 8.75 for a glass, crazy price, please if you want to do business don't overcharge like that |

Convenient location. All of the staff were courteous friendly and helpful. I had a number of hospital appointments during my stay in Galway and the hotel frontdesk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to me. Because of this when I have to stay in Galway for further appointments I will stay at the Meyrick and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends. I was in a room to the front of the Hotel and while it was lovely to look out at Eyre Square during the day it was noisy at nighttime. I acknowledge this is not the Hotel's fault. |

We really enjoyed the large and varied selection of buffet breakast, and the spa especially the canadian outdoor hot tub, i had a fantastic massage, also the valet parking! When it states that the rooms have satelite tv, there is actually a limited selection of channels, so I think this should be stated. also the twin room we stayed in was quiet small,we have stayed in 3 star hotels with larger rooms. |

Its location was perfect, it is a 2 second walk to everything. The hotel staff were also very welcoming I booked an executive double room so I was expecting it to be perfect because of the money I paid. So I was not very happy to find my bed was only 2 single beds stuck together. |

disappointed with parking of my car, mirrors adjusted, seat adjusted, back of seat pushed back seat brought down to floor level unneccessary only need to push lenght of seat back.when just parking a car. |

beautiful old building full of character it was end of race week and the hotel seemed quite jaded........ no fire lighting in reception area, no high stools at the bar, small round tin tables in bar instead of proper tables, which as a result meant no atmosphere.........disappointing |
