Best assest of Greenhills is the staff. Very efficient, courteous, helpful, and friendly The room dated, needed more sockets, when you have to use laptop, charge phone and friend wants to use hairdryer and boil kettle for tea - just can't be done at the same time!

The staff was very friendly. There was a mixup with the rooms, and they were able to give us another. Also, they gave us a lot of advice for our future travels. The gym and pool are very nice.

I have already written to Daphne Greene to mention how very good the hotel is. I think that says it all. ?? The staff were, without exception, first class.

The staff on duty for breakfast each morning were very attentive and anything we requested was brought to us with a smile.I Really liked having the breakfast freshly cooked rather than served in buffet style as is the way in many other hotels.

We booked B&B but had dinner in the restaurant on arrival. We liked the welcome; the room; the food and the friendly service. It was convenient for the meeting we had to attend in the morning. Access from other parts of Ireland is excellent. When in the area next, we will use Greenhills again.

We were there on a previous occasion, it's very comfortable, parking facilities great, and most important of all - excellent friendly staff, good food and lovely brown bread. The location of the Hotel to the new tunnell makes it so easy for people like us to get around Limerick with ease.

“The customer service from the decated staff. The food was excellent at night and the breakfest was first class. Shirley is well worth her salery, give her a raise !!! The bed didn't feel as though we were the 1000 couple to sleep in it. The over all cleanliness was great. The Polish receptionest was almost 'Irish' in her welcome and warmth. We will stay again , please God.” John, Westport |
