My children and I were made feel very welcome by hotel staff. We particularly enjoyed the Leisure centre very much which had a warm pool and showers (always a bonus). The hotel is very convenient and within minutes of Limerick City and the Jetland Centre for all the sights and shops. |

The room was very clean, well laid out and comfortable. I stayed here before and one of the main assests is it is very quite leading to a good nights sleep. The food is excellent and staff very friendly. I will stay there again. The only negative I found during each visit was the smell of damp and dirt in the communal areas. The bedrooms were spotless and smelt great but the bar etc just smells damp and dirty I moved areas a few times. But its a small issue in a fine hotel. |

Accommodations for a family of five is problematic in Ireland and England with facilities requiring two rooms due to fire codes. This can be very uncomfortable for traveling families. There needs to be more family accomodations in Ireland. We had a family suite located above the swimming pool. It was unusually hot during our stay and our room was significantly warmer than the rest of the building. |

Children love the swimming pool. Have stayed in Greenhills several times and on occasions have found it to be very noisey during the night.Children running up and down corridors and waking us up. |

I asked for one of the updated rooms when we checked in, the room was updated and very spacious. We had a family room w/ 2 double beds, plasma tv, sitting area. Pool area quiet and clean. Staff very friendly. Very few tv channels, not one kids' channel at night. |

The room was very comfortable. I also liked that it was possible to get an express breakfast for myself and my son which was excellent value for money and set us up for the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly |
