Great location. High housekeeping standards. Good parking facilities.
Food was ok could be amazing with little effort. Staff need better inaction training and clear & concise communication styles.
Location - just off the ring road and yet very close to the city. Ideal for Mackey or Thomond Park.
People on desk very friendly and accommodating to any requests one might pose.
It was far too expensive, considering that breakfast is extra. It is a long way to the city if one is not driving.
Food was excellent must say breakfast was one of the best I have got in any hotel.
Our quiet room overlooked tennis courts and the garden. Very happy with facilities.
No teaspoons to fish out teabags!
Comfortable room. Pool/sauna and gym were great. Tea facility in the room greatly appreciated...and availed of. Great night sleep in comfortable bed, with quiet surroundings.
I liked the room decor the comfort and the cleanliness.
Layout and breakfast. Quick clean up after supporters departed for match.
Kerry and Mao football supporters congragated outside ,intimidating but full credit to supporters no problems .
Location Easy to find Plenty of car parking Good breakfast Wifi
Have been coming here for ten years. Woman in the restaurant serving breakfasts was very accommodating and efficient. Could not be more pleasant.
We expected the debutante parties to be late. We did not expect the staff to be moving metal patio tables & chairs and clanking beer bottles cleaning up after parties till the wee morning for 4 nights. Staff was loud and kept us from much need sleep That is unacceptable.
Old "fashion" bathroom, MUST be renew ASAP
Easy to find, staff were pleasant, meal was pub standard. Live music after dinner.
Smoking within the hotel is banned, but either the hotel doesn't seal very well, or this rule is flagrantly abused. I awoke throughout the night to the obnoxious smell of someone else's cigarettes. If not for that, I would recommend this hotel, but for me, it was a deal breaker.
Location convenience for familiarity with Limerick city and environs with quick access to motorway
Upholstery on furniture needs cleaning and weer on bedlinen with an extra quick room service carried out could have been better
V friendly staff. Easy to get taxi. Very comfortable eating and bar area.
Room so hot. Couldn't open window too much. No air conditioning.
Gluten free bread Breakfast excellent
it was clean , and bed was comfortable
unhelpful staff ,didn't think it worth the money for room only rate ,, and if u then got breakfast it would cost 20 euro for 2 people ,, EXTORTION
Throughout our stay the staff where very very helpful especially a lady called Siobhan who always went the extra mile to help us with explaining different activities and locations of places throughout limerick. We were really happy with our stay here and if we ever go back to limerick we wouldn't need to look around for another Hotel we would be straight back to the Green hills hotel. Lastly the food was also amazing and of taste that couldn't compare to a lot of well known popular restaurants. Many Thanks. Raj.
old hotel need updating
Great staff, clean, comfortable
Nothing stands out.
My wife and I were at the Limerick World 7's at Thomond Park so it was late when we checked into the hotel. The food in the bar was excellent and very reasonably priced.
When checking out the following morning I was queried about a bar food bill. I had paid this bill the previous night when we finished our meal. The hotel need to upgrade their transactions between bar/restaurant and reception.
Great location for our visit to Thomond park for the Limerick rugby world club 7's. There was a great menu in the bar to suit adults and children. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
waitress in the dining room was most pleasant
breakfast could have been better. Presentation of cooked food was not great!!!!!
The staff could not do enough for us .food was delicious oh the dessert yummy I have never tasted ice cream like that .the grounds were refreshing I loved it
room a bit too warm no air con but we slept sound .and why does No one dance to the music ?
The hotel was spotless and the staff where so friendly loved the swimming pool and the food was super lovely bar and the customers made you feel very welcome and the room was super
You could not get wi-fi in certain areas and the windows in your room only opened a small bit there for the rooms where very warm at night
Large room, comfortable bed, good service, excellent breakfast, great price in convenient location for Limerick and area. We were on the way to Dundalk on business and just stayed over for one night but were very favourable impressed and would certainly stay here again
The restaurant food in the evening was only average (but this is a family rather than gourmet restaurant anyway!) but the portions were huge. It was extremely hot and the room had no AC or fan. We asked for a fan but were told they had all been given out!
