When the pool eventually opened about an hour and a half before checkout. On the evening I checked in there was no record of my booking and the pool was closed from 5.30 pm at the weekend! |

Room was well spec'd and very comfortable and well priced Downstairs in the bar / lobby / restaurant were freezing. The only hotel I have ever stayed at where everyone was wearing jackets inside. |

Very nice rooms. Very comfortable. Mainly Irish staff were very pleasant. Location is not so good for Dublin city unless you have car or can afford to take taxis. |

I was pleased with an excellent dinner, quiet location and very acceptable room facilities The absence of a shaving mirror. (A pet gripe of mine - Large bathroom mirrors in hotels are generally too far away for shaving) |

Staff are very dedicated at the Green Isle and they are very welcoming to clients on their arrival and very helpful on depature. Green Isle caters for every need and makes my stay an enjoyable experience, one that i will repeat time and time again. |

Very good for family and good location if you drive from city to hotel! 1). Second night the cable internet does not work even I reported to the front desk! 2). Kettle seems work very slowly and finally give up to use! |

booked family room. always stay in new wing. room 373 was an absolute disgrace, dirty , very poorly decorated, grubby carpet, no phone to contact reception, awful smell of smoke.... all in all i was very let down by this visit to a hotel which i constantly recommend to my friends. My husband arrived early on the 30th dec. I was working that day and followed on by train to dublin, reached hotel at 11pm to find the above described room. A lovely gentleman called Christopher did look after us and transferred us to a room across the corridor. I am just so sorry to say that after all the years recommending this hotel I just do not see myself staying there again, or recommending it to others.. Thank you for the good stays . michelle |

The leisure amenities were good and the room I stayed in was reasonably fitted out, the bed was comfy and it was nice to be looking out across Dublin from the third floor. The evening meal food menu was quite good and the quality of the food at dinnertime was good, where was good old fashioned fish and chips! Include it on the menu! The reception lounge area felt a bit bleak, it would have been nice to have had fruit available at breakfast time. |

bathroom and carpark .. cudnt find our booking when we arrived, took forever . went to room phone was broke so had to go down for room service (so it wasnt room service ) got room changed adventully bed was noise and uncomfotable and the wardrobe was broke like someone kick it in .no pen in room to write of breakfast form for the morning , so again had to go down to reception . wouldnt stay again staff so unhelpful |

the receptioh staff and the resturant staff are lovely most helpfull also the managers have been really nice chris and the other guy i cant think of his name he is kind of dark skin and speakes foreign. not really everything was grand i have stayed in the hotel a few times now we have had a lot of partys there also i am involved in irish danceing and we have had our feis held there and will be there 21-22 november for this years feis. |

The only thing i liked in the hotel was the staff was ok!! Didnt like the breakfast. The functions were on friday and saturday and i had to call them and complain that the music was too loud. Even though i was on third floor we still couldnt sleep. We were moved 3 times because in the older part the windows didnt close and there was draft everywhere. Handles were missing from windows. |
