Its location and easy access to the City. Spacious rooms and pool facilities. Car park and easy access to Hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. I had specifically requested a non smoking room. While room 358 was, I have no doubt, a designated non smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke from the room was obvious. It may be that someone had broke the no smoking rule, but room staff should make Management aware of such suspiciouns and this information could prevent such mistakes occuring in future.

The swimming pool was nice and a good location The restaurant was unwelcoming, the bar had no atmosphere, rooms were noisy, breakfast very expensive when you are a small eater, public computer was not working for the whole week, a few vending machines out of order, last 3 nights one of the lifts was not working, one of our nights at about 4 am a noise from the radiator, like a truck outside the room, try to ring reception, did not work, had to go down at about 5 am and the heating was switched off. Lightning from car park direct to rooms very poor.

Our first night was a lovely night. The second night was awful, the room next to us was never stopped making noise, At 10;30 we went to reception and complained. We went back up to our room an hour later, we had to call security twice during the night it was 3:30 before the noise stopped. We were very disapointed as we dont get away very often. It was my Wifes birthday and a surprise for her so the second night was awful.

We were told that we couldnt use our own towels at the leisure centre after paying 129euro for one night I thought it was a bit much to be charged 1.50per person for towels and 3.50for hats per person as there was 3 of us. The room carpet was dirty when we moved the single bed there was evidence that someone had vomited there and only around the bed was cleaned. The toilet flush was not good enough. There was only towels for two people in our room when we clearly ordered a room for three. The seating at breakfast was very delayed breakfast was cold etc etc etc the wifi service was not good enough. Very noisy hotel very hard to sleep

Location isn't bad, new part of hotel look ok. Car was broken into, no security cameras, no car gates, no security guards. Swimming pool, bring your own towel, they will not let you use the hotels and they charge €1.50 for towels. Swimming hats = €3. family of four to swim in a tiny pool would cost €18.

Not a bad hotel for the price, rooms could maybe do with a good clean. A couple of stains on the carpets, cushions curtains and towels, room had been cleaned well enough when we arrived thou. Staff all friendly and helpful, orderd food to the room and got lots of extra bread free. Nice to have the use of the gym and pool, changing rooms seperate as was the family room which made it difficult for me changing my baby boy on my own. Possible make family changing room, so mum and dad could use it aswell. Overall not a bad stay.

We stayed in the Green Isle Conference & Leisure Hotel because it was very competively priced but were more than pleased with the accommodation. We even had a bath which my wife particuarly prefers to a shower. We had to catch a bus to the city centre which took a half an hour but this was less than 3 euros per person each way. It would have been better to have stayed in Dublin city itself but the hotels are double what we paid.If you are on a strict budget and dont mind catching the bus it was perfect for our needs.

The staff were very freindly and efficent, the room we had was very spacious and comfortable. If you like your tea I would suggest you do what we did and take your own tea bags for breakfast tea bags in room were fine but appeared to use an inferior brand at breakfast. Other than that no other complaints a fine place to stay.
