Convenient location, very affordable
very noisy, people in corridor all night, was woken at midnight, 4am and again at 5.30am and did not get back to sleep after that due to noise. Not hotels fault
No heat in our room. Terrible racket in the corridor outside our door from midnight to 3am - No security available to control the drunken louts shouting and fighting
the weekend I stayed......NOTHING
BEING KEPT AWAKE,ALL NIGHT BY DRUNKEN YOBS,ACOUPLE OF FEET FROM MY WINDOW SECURITY BANGING DOWN MY DRUNKEN NEIGHBOURS DOOR AT 5 IN THE MORNING.......SHOCKINGGGGGGG
The reception staff were very polite and helpful.
The door handle on the bathroom door was faulty, managed to cut my finger on it! The bed was broken and the mattress felt like it was 50 years old! One of the towels provide had a hole in it!
nice rooms friendly staff
only stayed one nigh but had to come back down to reception 4 times to get my key card fixed when going out was told door would be fixed but had to come back down to get security to let me into room on return.
I felt the staff were not properly trained to deal with larger numbers. Not enough staff on when hotel was full. Bar staff on the Saturday Night 14/2/2015 were very poor - nice but poor.
Hair dryer was missing, I didn't notice until I went to use it. Took 3 calls to get a dryer
Staff were very friendly and pleasant
Furniture in lobby bar is quite worn
The fact that they had fitted a new carpet in the corridor since our last visit
A fire alarm which continually went off in the early hours and intermittently thereafter. Plus a very noisy guest who appeared to invite lots of people back to their room and the fact that the security man decided to have a discussion with them outside our room after I complained to reception about the noise. Oh and yes on the second night the alarm went off again
Nice room on the 3rd floor very spacious a lot bigger than we expected. Great view of d city.
We barely got a wink of sleep.. The walls between each room are like paper. We had to listen to d couple next door violently argue all through the night. There where kids running up and down d corridor at 3am knocking on doors. The staff didn't seem to do anything about this.
A nice spacious room, the bed was very comfortable , a good selection for breakfast and very tasty.
Very noisy at hotel entrance, due to guests using it as a smoking and drinking area. No shower caps provided and bath towels to small.
overall it was spacey great facilities so clean, comfortable. me and my boyfriend reallyenjoyed the stay
rude staff , room was absolutely disgracefull. Will not be staying here again
Leisure centre and reception staff were lovely and the pool is warm and relaxing.
Staff were overwhelmed with the volume of people in the hotel. One waitress was very cranky and the bar staff were extremely slow.
The food yummy
This wasnt the hotels fault but the fire alarm kept going off from half 5 in the morning so I was awake from that time so I was very tired leaving but they gave us a free breakfast for the inconvienience
The staff were excellent
Room was cold, rang to say and was told it would remain on and it did not. Damp and leak inside windows of room. Carpet all wet. Musty smell. Very disappointed as I previously stayed in newer part and it was fine.
Everything was perfect and very peaceful
I enjoy the space in the room comfortable bed room and very clean and friendly staff
Location; just outside M50 ring. Complementary use of leisure centre with indoor swimming pool. Easily accessible. Roof parking. Quick and friendly check in;
Staff were friendly.
The heating in the room was not working. The bed was rough and it was like a make up room as there were signs all over the room outlining staff only. The television was from the stone age and only worked at times. Green bright light shining through the room at night.
Little expensive for what is given but prob down to local prices
The reception staff where professional
The hotel had closed off one half of the building to which your paying the same price for the run downed rooms ?? No room service , it was like staying in a fancy travel lodge !!!
Staf were friendly and effecient and the general standard of the hotel was good
There was a wedding and on four different occasions we were woken by fights in the corridor. No real address made by management. we should have been on a different floor to the wedding party. Pool closed at 5 which was far too early
Forgot my wake up call
