Overall presentation of the hotel. Large rooms, very clean. Staff very friendly. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Leisure Centre incl. swimming pool. Bathroom with rainforest shower! For Cork reasonable parking fee. Rooms located on MacCurtain Street can be a bit noisy at times so if you are sensitive better ask for a room located on St. Patrick's Quay. |

The Hotel was ideally placed for our trip to Cork, to see what Cork has to offer. The room was basic and expensive, although we did find the whole trip expensive not just the hotel. |

rooms are clean and well looked after The fact that they are now charging residents €5.00 per day to use the leisure facility, this is not known at time of booking , only when you check in by means of a small sign on the check in desk, on a plus side they dont charge you for use of the lift....yet. |

We booked three rooms at a cost of 300 euro, no breakfast. I was then told I could not use the leisure centre unless I paid an additional 5 euro. I imagined since I booked so many rooms, they would allow me to use the empty leisure centre for free. It was refused. Staff are dour and rude. Never again! |

The location of the hotel was very important. The car park charges were unfortunate but reasonable |

I liked how central the hotel is in the City. The reception staff were not pleasant either on check in or check out. At no stage did any one of them smile |

The proximity to the train station and the bright airy foyer The facilities were basic and the room allocated was extremely noisy. I specifically asked for a quiet room so this was very disappointing |

The hotel was outstandingly clean and the bedrooms very comfortable. The parking was ideal and it was only a 2 minute walk to the city centre. An ideal hotel for a city break. |

Good location in city centre with parking close by for reasonable fee. Excellent swimming pool and spa facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Tea/coffee in room very poor compared to other hotels with similar tariff - limited quantity and choice of tea/coffee and no water or biscuits provided. |
