Central,and very convenient to main shopping centre, bus and railway station.Staff on reception very pleasent and helpful. Yes, only bar meals available in the evening. |

Location to city centre, If the hotel advertises something they should keep to it it does not say buffet style hot breakfast at weekends only when the hotel is full of irish guests.also the windows let it too much noise its as though there is no glass in them. |

Central location with helpful staff.The 24 hour time limit on the parking ticket meant we could leave the car in the car park after we checked out.Also, the WiFi signal was very good. |

have stayed in this hotel before. great location, good pool, comfortable room. just what i wanted and expected. steam room wasnt working, things break down, not the end of the world. think website should have option to pick double/twin depending on availability |

Great location, walking distance to city centre, and bus station nearby so ideal for venturing a bit further afield, good leisure facilities at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a break in Cork. |

Great location, friendly staff and a very good price. Food at the bar was nice and good value Heating was turned off during the night which meant room was freezing during the night and water in shower was lukewarm at best.. Pity because everything else was great |

The girl at reception desk was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she helped me to find another room (around 6pm on 18.12.09). Great thanks to her! For my first night I had a room no 425 and I was able to sleep only until 6am - then the kitchen fan was turned on. My friend stayed in the same hotel and complained about the noise from the street. It's all about proper windows and proper insulation.... |

It's location is excellent for shopping, retaurants, bars etc, I found my stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. The staff in all areas were excellent, friendly and efficient. The only problem I had really was the heat was on too high in the room |

The location was bang smack in the centre of everything, yet peaceful once inside. Fairly luxurious yet very reasonable and very friendly. One thing negative was the heating. It was way way too high during the night. |

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. 1.The hotel was very cold. 2.We had to pay for parking-the reduced fee for hotel customers was only 50c per day!!! 3.We had to pay for the leisure centre facilities!!! Which were also far too cold and resulted in me and my girlfriend getting very bad flu.4. The staff were not friendly at all. 5. My girlfriend left her bracelet in the room and they denied this thus she in down 200euro. |

Very comfortable bed, quiet hotel, top class staff. Very modern and comfortable bathroom and the bed was nice and soft. Free Wireless throughout the hotel was much appreciated :) Easy to get most anywhere on food, and the AirCoach/Bus station/Train station are only a little walk away as well. Good value for money at the rate I paid. The room I booked was a little on the small side. It would look much spacier without the huge desk in it. |
