Very comfortable bed, quiet hotel, top class staff. Very modern and comfortable bathroom and the bed was nice and soft. Free Wireless throughout the hotel was much appreciated :) Easy to get most anywhere on food, and the AirCoach/Bus station/Train station are only a little walk away as well. Good value for money at the rate I paid. The room I booked was a little on the small side. It would look much spacier without the huge desk in it. |

The fact that you can relax and have after hours drinking before going to bed. I miss the music though. Not having music |

Good location Had requested a twin room but was issued with a double room, had to wait half hour for twin to be organised. Lots of trays and random empty beer bottles on corridors of hotel. |

This hotel is extremely convenient to the main shopping district in Cork City. The met Bar is very nice and felt completely different to the rest of the hotel, far superior. The standard of the single room was not great, the bed was pushed to the wall to allow a double into a small room. I booked the single room only rate, the full irish breakfast was €16pp which I think was expensive. |

The staff were friendly. The location is great - near train station and the city. We were at the front of the building so the street was a bit noisy. To get the good room rate - breakfast was not included. |

I was delighted with the location and the parking provided. My bedroom was very nice with jacuzzi bath and lovely bay type window. Some lovely traditional pubs near by. Everybody was very friendlyl I thought the lift was very slow and quite small especially at busy times. |

The room was small put perfectly laid out with lovely bathroom and modern decor. Only bad thing was no water in the room! The staff were pretty rude, especially the night porter who clearly didnt want to be there, which was a real shame considering the nice hotel. |

Proximity to city centre. Loved the river view! I know Cork and the river view made the room which was fine. Pleasant, helpful staff. Access to the car-park was important but the fact that it closed at midnight was a bit limiting. |

Friendly service, pool and leisure facilities, central location in city Extra charge for use of leisure facilities, drinks in bar expensive. Akward parking fcility - limited set-down at hotel while picking up parking pass. Traffic difficult to negotiate. En-suite shower only - no bath. |

Great price Room was very small and the frosted glass window revealed a wall when opened. Asked for a room change as the view was claustrophobic . Our room was changed the following day as the staff informed us no other room was available until then. The other room was lovely. Spacious and great view over looking the river Lee. |

the hotel is very central for cork city, reception staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean every time the toilet flushed it as like a ship coming into harbour and could be heard through the corridor. the bar staff and restaurant staff could have been more friendly and polite, I found them to be very unapproachable, the room very small and not enough facilities for a 4 star hotel. I cant recommend it this hotel for its staff. |
