Location was good

We had to change rooms because there was a dip in the bed and it was too short! Some of the staff were very rude and not at all friendly. The tv wasnt a flat screen like it says on internet.

Well run and well-appointed hotel in an historic building with helpful staff. Good value for money

Continental breakfast. Only juices, bread, cereals and tea/coffee. No cheese or ham.

leisure centre was lovely. staff went out of their way to look after us. Extremely welcoming.

Went to fill out breakfast menu to get it sent to room but there was no pens provided. Our room looked out onto a tar roof. There was no shower head holder for shower. Ended up not using this facility.

Staff-one in particular. Ignorant blonde lady,asked very rudely for us to move seats because,what seemed like to her important people were comin in. Area we were sitting in was not reserved as we made sure of this before we sat down. Also lots of bad smells around the place especially when you take stairs,which we had to take as one lift was broken. Only has location going for it. Wouldn't stay again.

When booking for single person, you are allocated a very small room, Lifts are antiques. One out or order and with the amount of traffic long waits.

easy to walk into city centre, many shops/restaurants close by. large and comfortable room.

lift is slow and crowded at peak times, especially when a coach-load arrives

The warm welcome & really friendly management & staff...mentioning the Manager, Katarina at reception,Mary & John in the Lounge Restaurant etc. Irish breakfasts were fab. Thank you, Matthew Thompson , International President ART RAIN Association, AIPA

atmosphere was a bit sterile, no personal touch, personal a bit uncaring. Windows not enough insulated, to noisy towards street, drafty, Shower hat only a curtain, not a screen.

Great location, near city centre, train station and nice restaurants. Bar food excellent and served till 9.30p.m. service very fast.

shower in bedroom was just in the bath and water pressure poor and it very cramped. Pool bit cold too

Check out was awful. 35 minutes because of a conference, no organisation and not even an 'sorry for the delay' when we said we were waiting that long. So no points to the receptionist Pavel, appreciate he was under pressure, just couldnt handle it and provide customer service. Stayed before and must say I dont want to stay on the front of the building again. Too noisy and the windows make a lot of noise from the wind.

The shower, the room was nice and a good size bar the issues encountered.

3 pairs of womens underwear left in the room, heating controls not working or calibrated correctly, receptionist on arrival was curt and not plesant at all she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. The iron in the room leaked all over my shirts when I was ironing, reception on leaving was manned by 2 different people but once again the service was curt and not to standard

Radiators wouldn't switch off which mean't the room got very hot.
