1) The lady serving at the bar was not helpful and at one stage was rude. 2)The room was very cold even though I turned on the heating and the power in the shower was very bad. |

The general facilities were very good I requested a quiet room and got a very noisy room. However after two days I was moved to relatively quiet room. |

comfort and size of room , bar service, breakfast quality, There appeared to be a lack of staff for breakfast service on the Sunday. All the same still pleasant when served. |

Proximity to city hall The room was tiny. The receptionist was not very friendly and we had to wait until almost 4.00pm to check in as room was not ready. |

Friendly staff and pleasant room. Wanted to eat in hotel restaurant but it was closed. Although it was advertised on line. Five of us had to eat on a cramped table in the bar on our first night. Would have eaten in the hotel everynight if the restaurant was open but used restaurant in the Isaac Hotel opposite instead. Also asked for non smoking rooms but one of our party did have a smoking room as apparently hotel was full. |

When hotel was booked we were told that the hotel had bar food and a restaurant. When we arrived the restaurant was closed and there was no room in the bar for our party of 8 to sit so we had to eat in the lobby in the cold and on a very low table which was not ideal. |

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made my stay like a home away from home. The lighting in the room was not suitable for working, some task lighting in the room would be helpful. Also breakfast didn't start until 7.30am but I needed to be on the road by 7am |

Courtesy of staff, location, friendly atmosphere. That is why we always stay there. Room too small, no bath, toilet seat unsteady and finally fell off. This was repaired when reported. Hot water in sink was brown. I was told that this was due to Corporation works. |

staff were very friendly and would say hello to you if you met them any where in the hotel.room service was quick.reception staff were very polite and quick checking us in. there was nothing i did not like about this hotel, but one small thing would be the room was a bit small other than that it was great value for money. |
