Great location, right in the city centre close to all places of interest but not noisy at all; Rooms are very clean, nice decor, nice rainforest shower; Very friendly staff;

Good location

Had requested a twin room but was issued with a double room, had to wait half hour for twin to be organised. Lots of trays and random empty beer bottles on corridors of hotel.

Central location

It was our wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to a junior suite which was really nice!

The room was small put perfectly laid out with lovely bathroom and modern decor. Only bad thing was no water in the room!

The staff were pretty rude, especially the night porter who clearly didnt want to be there, which was a real shame considering the nice hotel.

Friendly service, pool and leisure facilities, central location in city

Extra charge for use of leisure facilities, drinks in bar expensive. Akward parking fcility - limited set-down at hotel while picking up parking pass. Traffic difficult to negotiate. En-suite shower only - no bath.

I liked the staff, the pool area and the breakfast

it was not too busy,the waiters in the met bar were lovely,very patient as we have a 3yr old,plenty of food,no noise.

i was very disappointed that our milk was gone off so we could not have coffee in our room,i did mention it to receptionist but she did nt really comment.

The elevator was a bit small & slow and signage to the stairwells was limited

the room was a little stuffy, however upon opening the window the street sounds were a bit too much

the service in the hotel, also the cleanliness of the room, plus the location of the hotel

found all staff espically recption staff very helpful in fact would condsider recption staff member that checked us in one of the friendliest i have ever came across

recption up graded us to a superior room if you could call it this. room was tiny. she explained to us that it was an internal room. wre found that it was very stuffy could do with air conditioning but was good as wasnt too bright in the morning

The staff. The olde worlde atmosphere. The space in the lobby, etc.

The room - a double - was very small. there was no heating on - environmentally a good idea but I'd have preferred to turn it off rather than on! Only lukewarm water in the shower - perhaps due to the heating?
