Everything was very good from start to finish
room are bit small
Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice the pub is very warm and comfortable
The reception is very warm unlike my room. The heating never came on in my room at all . It was very cold. And the place is very unhygienic with people constantly passing through. The public toilets are a disgrace. And i was up most of the night with people roaring out in the corridor returning to their room.
Helpful, enthusiastic and friendly desk manager (Ms Tuite). The room was perfect, lovely and warm on the coldest night of the year. Every thing worked perfect in the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a great singsong in the bar that night. I was thirsty in the middle of the night and went down to the barman on duty and he got a bottle of water without any ado. The breakfast was delicious, warm and something for everyone. The selling point was the amount of people coming into the hotel for the breakfast after Mass, football training or just general meeting their friends, it created a great atmosphere in the breakfast room. A great hotel to stay in.
Double bed was two single stuck together not comfortable
Food in the bar was excellent.
Poor wifi reception in the bedrooms.
friendly staff ,location excellent and lovely atmosphere.
ordered room service, didnt get what we ordered.
Staff friendly, helpful great food
non smoking room was smelling of smoke
They have a nice breakfast which is included in the price of the room. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
The food and staff were excellent
The size of the bedroom was very small and there was no mirror in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom...
Good Location, staff were good, food was good
I was particularly impressed as I was there for 6 December and was amazed how Christmassy the place looked the atmosphere was brilliant and would highly recommend it for Christmas party and weekend break. I intend to go back next year 2015 for Christmas weekend with a group of friends. The Christmas dinner was the best I have ever tasted, such variety and presentation was excellent. I have celiac disease and the staff catered for that very well. Ann from Dublin and friend from longford
The only thing I didn't like was there was no lift but that's the only complaint.
Music in lounge was great .bar food was excellent staff were very frendly.
Bedrooms very small no heating for 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed.
I liked the location, staff, car park access.lounge and Brekfast.
Room 220 very small,a fruit shot bottle on the floor from previous guests?..terrible damp smell.Air fresher plugged in in the corridor outside to mask smell.Window opened into smoking area. I had to wash all the clothes I brought on return even the ones I didn't wear due to the damp smell from the room.
friendly helpful staff; excellent food and I booked in with no hiccups what so ever.
Love the hotel. Staff friendly.Really clean and the food is great.
The only fault that I found was it was to hot. The heat was overpowering. It was a cold day and yet the heat was sickening. That's the second time I have stayed in your hotel. And both times the heat was to much. Otherwise I could not fault it. It has put me off staying there again because of this reason.
Excellent location, service was excellent, happy welcoming employees that really went out of there way to help you & make your stay enjoyable. Food was excellent. Excellent value for money. Could not fault the Greville Arms Hotel. We will definitely be back again. Love Mullingar too.
no hot water in the morning for a shower - technical problem
Location excellent. Centre of town. Friendly staff. Reception particularly helpful. Breakfast choice good & liked the friendly engagement staff had with each individual customer. Room functional with tea/coffee making facilities.
Wife was given a brandy glass for her wine @ dinner ! Minor issue - overall would find little to complain about this hotel
The feel of the hotel was one of comfort and had a relaxed atmosphere.
Location of the hotel Friendliness of staff, Excellent Breakfast and bar facilities.
The bathroom & everything in it prob have been there since 1970's. The horrible wall dark grey floral tiles & grimey grey floor tiles to the avocado suit with purple toilet seat really need to go. The sink was in the bedroom also avocado green. No duvet for one of the singles beds, they dropped up a kingsize throw folded into four, way to heavy to use on bed.
Restaurant nd food very good
Hotel in general carpets ect very gruby
