Friendly helpful staff value for money and great food.
Breakfast starts at 08:00, however on my last day as I had to leave at 06:30, the night porter prepared breakfast for me at 06:00 ! Very impressed with customer service.
The friendly, professional staff. The comfort of the room. The fact that nothing is too much trouble...I love this hotel! Will continue to return again and again. So well looked after, during my stay.
we loved everything about the beautiful rooms , food and service 5 star
The location and decor
Couldn't pay in sterling cash
This was a most pleasant over night trip,,, we had a grand dinner a pleasant pint before and after we went out,,, and a nice freshly cooked breakfast,,, we met the owner on checking in and as we came home after a gig,,, he offered us tea at midnight if we wanted it,, whats not to like ?? a warm welcome and great value for money,,, free parking,,,
The friendly, helpful staff.
The odour of food cooking throughout bar area.
Everything was fine
The visitor who booked the room next door, he was loud, bad tempered and foul mouthed and the walls are thin.
was there with my three sisters looking for our dad's family. With the help of the owner of the hotel we found our cousin witch made our trip very worthwhile. Great friendly staff who done everything to make our stay there a very plesent memory.Shared great crack with the staff
The only thing i would have changed was the timing of the heating. Being Oct/Nov the room a wee bit chilly in the afternoon
Overall very happy, would stay again.
The room smelled of cigarettes on arrival, we just booked in and left for a wedding in a nearby hotel. That night on our return the room was FREEZING and we couldn't figure out how to work air con. Shower temp was stuck on scalding! We decided to ring reception but phone had no ringtone. After ringing from our own mobile a very helpful young man came to the room and got both the air con and the shower sorted however the shower had returned to piping hot by morning and we couldn't budge it again! Noise on the corridors during the night and again the next morning was ridiculous! Every time someone opened the door up the hallway, our bedroom door banged too ! We stayed in room 112. The staff couldn't have been nicer and we were able to request a late checkout. but it was disappointing overall and we wouldn't recommend it. We didn't have breakfast as it finished at 10.30.
Staff very friendly and service excellent
Very frendly staff and manager, good standard and value for money.
Good sized room Great value Very pleasant, helpful staff
I really liked the staff and management!
Very friendly owner and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and of a good size, mine even had a sofa.
The food was disappointing. Portions were very generous but the menu needed updating.
A charming, friendly staff welcomed us weary travelers during Ballinasloe's annual crowning of the Queen of an European Horse Fair. Great people here!
Hotel could use a good upgrade for beds & pillows. Our room had an underlying, faint smell. Walls were thin, but we had a good laugh because of it.
Very welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and good restaurant. In my opinion the best place to stay in Ballinasloe !
Staff were very nice, A good sized room, Location ideal, centre of the Town.
Breakfast a little dried out (Irish Breakfast) Room facing Main Street -I would imagine this would be noisy of a Weekday!
the politeness and professionalism of staff and management.
Friendly staff. Large comfortable room. Everything very clean. Good, though slightly pricey food in informal bar atmosphere.Plenty of parking in large park at rear.
Wifi difficult to connect, even with staff help. Confusing number of channels and passwords, barely working in room, and not much better down in the foyer/bar.
Staff extremely helpful and polite, especially Regina. Breakfast, tasty and plentiful. Room to the front, clean, large and comfortable.
Mix up with booking, but was handled brilliantly and without fuss.
Staff very helpful
