Saw Galway sights and took Connemara tour. The hotel was bland, basic, and very over priced. Our other hotels in Dublin, Killarney, Cork, and Ennis were much nicer and priced lower! |

Service minded and friendly front desk, flexible and friendly bar and restaurant staff during a rather busy period of Volvo Ocean Race. |

Location to the City centre was good Communication - it is classed as a 4 star hotel, yet the manager decided to cancel room service facilites as there was a function on, which is fine if we new in advance, but with 2 small kids it was problem. When I raised my concern with two staff I got no support. |

The bed was comfortable and the location is excellent. The bathroom was dirty (other peoples' hair). The morning coffee was awful. |

Excellent location overlooking harbour, minutes walk to city centre, and excellent value for money. Clean modern hotel. I found it just perfect. I asked for a very quiet room and got it. |

The charges for car parking and the limited spaces available meant i had to park in public car park at cost of over 11 euros |

The room was spacious and well equipped. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and was served until 11 am which allowed time to lie in after late nights. The bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke despite no smoking signs |

Really central to Galway City only a 3 minute walk to the pedestrian area. A bustling hotel full of a very lively bunch on the weekend we stayed! Great atmosphere. Staff were brilliant. |

The Staff were really helpful, particularly when it came to canceling the last night of my three night stay at no charge, something Booking.com refused to do a couple of weeks ago when I requested the change of them... That there was no swimming pool and that the steam room was not working.... other wise the food, room etc was grand... |

The hotel and rooms were very clean, most of the staff friendly and effecient especially in the bar. Although most the staff were nice we were not impressed with the breakfast service. Food was lovely but we were waiting a long time for service (for tea and toast), it was not busy at the time and two members of staff were standing around talking. By the time we got tea and toast our breakfast was gone and we did not eat or drink it. |

Good food served at the restaurant. 1. We couldn't sleep because there was a party in the hotel until 1.00am : music very loud. The clients came back to their rooms making much noise. 2. We couldn't use the bath : there was no stopper. We had a low discount as apologies ... |
