La ubicación del hotel y la modernidad, limpieza y comodidad de la habitación. El baño no es tan nuevo como el resto de las instalaciones. Pero aún así es muy amplio y está limpio |

La cercania al centro de la ciudad y la amabilidad y atencion del personal. Las toallas a veces estaban manchadas. No se si es que no se van esas manchas al lavarlas, pero entonces deberian sustituir esas toallas. |

the helpfuless of staff- when i asked for an iron and ironing board, they were at my room as i arrived upstairs- also taxis were arranged v promptly- well done all! the cooked breakfast on the second morning was very cold- cold eggs, bacon etc- uch!! |

its was relaxed and very comfortable staff were very nice and helpful they couldnt do enough for you.the room was very nice and the bed was very nice the room was very clean. yes the health suite was very poor.we called down at 10am to make an apointment but there was staff around to make one.so we left our number and the time 4pm we wanted the apointment at.the person in charge rang an hour before the time we wanted and told us that she wasnt able to take us that she was on her own.it was like she didnt want the busniess |

The hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre which was convenient. The breakfast was superb and leisure facilities were very relaxing. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. A swimming pool would have been nice! |
