Interior fittings and decor good. Friendly staff. 1. The immediate surroundings of the location not attractive; 2. Pieces of loose dirt left 2 days' running on bathroom floor. 3. I asked months prior for a room with a view as it was a very special occasion and this as not given. |

The location was good and the staff were helpful For the price of the room it wasn't great and breakfeast wasn't included. For an extra 20euros i could have got into the radissan with breakfeast included and a higher grade of a room with the same location. |

Lack of any doctor on call meant that a minor illness ended up in Hospital A+E to address. Think for such a large hotel should have some access to a doctor on call. |

Nice, decent hotel. Our room wasn't big but very comfortable. We did have to pay for parking, but through the hotel's discount scheme this was maybe € 12 for 3 days. Location very good as well. |

Close to shopping. Our room had a nice view of the harbour. Staff was not very friendly. Had to pay for parking. Drive up appeal is terrible. |

Situation. The hotel was good but we found the Reception Staff & restaurant Staff very unhelpful. We asked for help with luggage from the Car Park & were told there was no one available. |

The staff were very welcoming and upon arrival tended to our needs in a very polite and courteous manner. If was a shame that the jacuzzi was not working at the time however as it was unforseen I think in general once up and running again guests will be content with it. |

The hotel was close to main shopping streets and the bar staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Parking was very expensive, restaurant was low standard. |

Convenient, close to Galway city center Breakfast room had no atmosphere. They were short-staffed and this made for a less-than relaxing experience for breakfast. |

Restaurant could not facilitate us for dinner until 9.15 pm. Background music in the bar was at a such high volume to be intrusive rather than background. |
