We liked the beautiful Christmas decoration and the comfort of the room, the bed was really soft and we had a great night sleep.
That there was a party going on in the bar downstairs and that our room was right above it. We couldn't sleep until 02:00 in the morning. Same goes for my inlaws their room was also right above the bar so we were quite grumpy that it took so long before we could sleep.
Food way over priced.
Initially our room had not been cleaned/serviced, but it was changed very quickly and without fuss. The seafood restaurant is good for a hotel, and the bar staff were excellent. It was also great to see a hotel bar selling local craft beer! Good secure parking, and easy walking access to the city
As a hotel guest, I feel you shouldn't have to pay for parking; although 10 Euro for two nights is really no more than a token, presumably to deter casual shoppers! The piano in the bar needs tuning!!!
Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room.
Ordered coffee and scones on arrival. Got coffee but no scones. When we went to leave brought it to the attention of front of house staff. Apologies but still charged us for the coffee. Felt they could have waived that charge.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff Breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty
Hotel was Lovely and not far to walk to the center for going out and shopping.
Room was small and bed was not comfortable
Location was great, short walk from Eyre Square and Quay street areas Hotel was clean Staff was friendly Nice bright lobby where you could sit and relax
There was a bit of road noise The car park was full when we arrived
Staff Food Location
Being given a single room & we booked a double, We stay with this hotel 1-2 times a month and we always get a nice room but this time very disapointed as the room was very small and stuffy with velux windows. Attic room!!!
Had to park in public parking away from hotel Room small and very hot A bit expensive for what you get
Location Style of Hotel Free Parking Food
Car park is very tight for parking
location, good breakfast
Shower could better
cheap and nasty quilt, which had an ill-fittting cover! Put me right off!
room was a little to warm and could not turn off radiator
Staff, decor, room etc
Room was cold at night and once midday came around. I am recovering from Radiotherapy and needed to rest in afternoon so I found the heating was off.
location great staff friendly hotel very busy but well managed room,s were clean with tea and coffee on hand
The reception area is kind of funky but a bit too dark for our liking, it was like being in a night club
Not only could you not swing a cat in the bedroom, you couldn't pick up a cat. I kept banging against the flat TV on the wall when I got out of bed. We asked for the TV to be fixed and they didn't do it properly. The air conditioning heating system woke me in the middle of the night with loud clicking noise. Stay away.
I like the friendliness, warmth and comfort of this hotel. We felt immediately at home; fires burning, relaxed atmosphere and accommodating staff. The location is perfect; 5 minute walk to centre of town. Easy parking and free WiFi add to the attarction of the Harbour Hotel
I can't think of anything that I dis not like

no nuts or crisps in the bar
breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very comfortable would return again
on the one night that we had dinner the soup was cold and the maim course could have been hotter
