Harbour Hotel  

Location very good, staff at reception and restaurant very good and friendly.

the hot/cooked breakfast was tasteless, better quality product needed and scramble egg was tasteless. My breakfast was included in the rate, but if I was paying for it I would ask for my money back. The tea, and pastries and bread I had the following day were good.

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Central location.

Room had a terrible view of the cark park. Parking costs extra. Room service forgot some of our breakfast room order. Woke up to a loud sound - like a generator - coming from outside.

Hotel was in a great location,stayed just the one night,went out to salthill,did some shopping in the city,had a fab meal in the hotel and went out,The breakfast was really nice and well worth booking with the room

The only bad comment I would have would be the bathroom was very basic and even had a leak when I used the shower

Excellent breakfast. The room was small but well laid out, with all necessary comforts. The only thing is that we did no have a view outside, as we were on the top floor.

The only thing I didn't like was being woken up at 4.30 in the morning by a group of girls coming in from (I suppose) a hen party.

Good location. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We complained about the location of our room in relation to some very noisy guests. Staff were helpful & moved us to another room. Unfortunately this was next door to another noisy hen party.

Hotel was overrun with hen parties on the weekend we stayed. Very noisy in the middle of the night, and hotel staff were unable to control them. We were repeatedly woken up. Facilities were poor, & in general the hotel was overpriced for what we got. It should be renamed the Harbour Hen Hut!

Really friendly staff at the hotel. A lot of people are freindly but these staff were more real and were not just repeating 'Have a nice day'! From the receptionist on our way in to the waitress at dinner and the cleaning staff as we were leaving we had nothing but pleasant and real help. Will stay again.

The staff were delightfully pleasant and helpful. The room was bright, warm and clean. I was most impressed with wi-fi in the room. This was more than convenient. I also enjoyed the gym. Food was superb and, again, the staff were charming. Thank you. Christina O'Donnell

The hotel was really close to the city which I found great being 7 Months pregnant you don't want to be too far from everything. The hotel staff where friendly and helpful. The room was nice very clean. Breakfast every day was very nice lots of choice. Service was slow the first day but after that was very good. Me and my husband had a very relaxing weekend. I also had treatments at there spa which was excellent the staff where friendly and very attentive and I have to say I enjoyed every minute of it.

There was very little to complain about this hotel it was over all good. The only thing I could say was the beds where not the most comfortable and the tv was limited other than that it was good. We had loud people on our floor coming in at 5 in the morning but can't blame the hotel for that it happens every where.

Great location within walking distance of nightlife area in Galway

Its very close to the railstation,The hotel was very nice specially the orchids:) staff were more then friendly. I recommend to anyone.
